GoogleAlex from Charters in Chandlers Ford worked with us very well to arrange a tenant for our property. He gave us regular updates on viewings until we found a tenant. We were fortunate in that the property was on their website for barely 24 hrs. and the deal arranged. All communication was professional whether email or on the telephone, yet he made us feel we were 'friends' and that nothing was too much trouble. Alex ensured we were fully informed regarding leasing properties e.g. legal aspects we did not know about. From arranging the contract to collecting keys for the property he afforded us an excellent service. Thank you.

GoogleI can not recommend the team at Charters enough. Both Victoria and Elle have been so helpful throughout the entire process and have always been at the end of the phone to answer any questions that we have had. We were always kept updated throughout the viewing process and are incredibly thankful that we decided to use Charters to sell our house. A highly professional team who go above and beyond. GoogleCharters have been attentive, and throughly professional since day one of the purchasing process. We had several properties fall through, and they immediately found us suitable alternatives. Jo Goddard gave continuous updates throughout and was always happy to help, and Sarah Bicknell was also excellent to work with. A+ service, would certainly recommend.

Despite a long & difficult process Laura was always on hand to show us round our new build home and answer any questions we had which were numerous! GoogleI had heard good things about Charters and had been considering advertising my house for sale with them but frankly my recent experience was terrible. I had enquired about a shop to let in Romsey which appeared to be a Charters office? I called and spoke to someone called John in the commercial department who seemed completely disinterested. Clearly it was below him having to deal with my enquiry. When I requested a brochure he muttered something under his breath. I never did receive the brochure. I really thought more of Charters and considered them a go to agent in the area. I won't be using them in the future. Very disappointing!

GoogleOutstanding service received by the team at Charters Chandlers Ford in general and Ella Archer specifically. We connected very well with Ella as she understood our requirements and concerns as a family, and she was always very responsive with all our enquiries before, during and after the offer. Once an offer was accepted, we were assigned a sales progressor who kept us updated with all the progress. Highly recommended for sales and buy!
