GoogleJust put a property in Chandlers up for let and was able to secure a tenancy within a month of first consultation. Victoria, Jess, Alex, Samantha, Olivia and Tracey all did a great job of organising the paperwork, brochure and viewings then getting all the pre-tenancy formalities done. Charters took the time to take me through the letting process and answer any queries I had. Superb, efficient service and very professional.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Charters Farnham & in particular Edward enough. We're using Charters for the purchase of our new house and have been very impressed with Edward's professionalism and help throughout the process - he's the perfect estate agent!

GoogleWe have just sold our house and bought our next property through Charters and we could not recommend them highly enough. Elle, Mike, Victoria, Jess and all the team are not just professional, but get to know the client and the property very well, providing informed and thorough viewings, as well as perceveiring to get the right house for us to move on to, listening and taking under consideration our requirements. Working in very difficult circumstances with Covid, they have not let their customer service down and have kept us well informed throughout, never failing to call and update us. Their floorplans and photos are professionaly made; and included in the price, and second to none from any other agent in the area, showing off the property at its best. A very interpersonal service which is just what you need when selling your home. Cannot speak highly enough for all of the team. Definitely recommend if you are looking at selling or buying a property. ps. Everyone can sell a property at a low ball price, which seems to be the common theme with another popular agent in Chandlers Ford, but selling it at the right price takes a bit more work, that these guys are not afraid to do. fyi.

GoogleWhat you want from a good estate agent is tenacity and professionalism, I can't fault Charters in Winchester or either score. Selling a property inevitably brings with it anxiety and stress, delays and disappointments but hopefully success in the end. Charters helped guide us through the ups and downs of selling the property and always updated me regularly and, after many months, we finally have reached the finishing line.

GoogleKathryn (Lettings Negotiator) has been excellent throughout the process. Professional, helpful, clear and very prompt to respond. She made an effort to take early account of our needs and then made every effort to accommodate them. We’re very happy with the service we’ve received from Charters and would highly recommend them. For comparison, I had also contacted another high profile lettings company at the same time, but they have been far slower to follow-up and have had far fewer properties to show us.

GoogleI had seen a development on Rightmove with very few details with this agent and had to ask 4 times for more information which they said they were waiting for. So I asked them to at least send me what they had and meanwhile asked why the description of the development had failed to mention the town 1.5 miles away to which we received a mendacious answer. So we decided to drive 100 miles and have a look for ourselves and found exactly why the main town was not mentioned. Classic estate agency prevarication...

GoogleI have been dealing with Amy from the Alton branch with a potential purchase. Having dealt with a number of agents from around the area I find her, as well as her team extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have spoken with a couple of employees at the branch, from first impressions they seem to be advocating a break from the norm in terms of what estate agents are typically known for. GoogleNot all Charters branches are equal, and it is evident the Farnham office has a team better than most. This review is for Charters of Farnham, and more specifically the 5 Star rating is for Henry Griffin on a job well done on selling our cottage. We vetted the agents to represent the sale back in January 2020, where we invited 8 agents from Farnham / Alton / Petersfield and surrounding areas. Why so many agents? because I have always believed that people sell properties, and it was vital the agent we picked would be someone who I would be happy buying from, Henry was in a different league to the other agents, Smart, Personable, Determined and Professional, and I knew from first meeting him that he would be the agent selling the property. Charters did the usual brochure, and photos (very nice, even had a drone to take aerial shots), and listed on the portals. The sale was complicated with COVID-19, causing us to pull the property a few weeks after launch, and then relisting in June 2020. The agreement to sale occurred a few days later, Charters had kept working the clients so when we went back on, we had multiple offers to choose from. The ultimate buyer of the property was a “perfect” match, which I can attest to Henry’s attention to detail in listening to requirements, and matching Clients to the property, Well done Henry.
