GoogleUpdate: Needed to mention Lisa the sales progressor, now that we have completed on our sale and purchase. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional that is so on the ball! Even when dealing with so many different parties and in quite a stressfull situation. I will miss talking to her! So glad we picked Charters! We have just sold our house and bought our next property through Charters and we could not recommend them highly enough. Elle, Mike, Victoria, Jess and all the team are not just professional, but get to know the client and the property very well, providing informed and thorough viewings, as well as perceveiring to get the right house for us to move on to, listening and taking under consideration our requirements. Working in very difficult circumstances with Covid, they have not let their customer service down and have kept us well informed throughout, never failing to call and update us. Their floorplans and photos are professionaly made; and included in the price, and second to none from any other agent in the area, showing off the property at its best. A very interpersonal service which is just what you need when selling your home. Cannot speak highly enough for all of the team. Definitely recommend if you are looking at selling or buying a property. ps. GoogleA 5 star very friendly team who understand property buying and selling most well. From a seller perspective, suggest to take notes about any little things which could improve the prospect of your sale. We recieved very professional and helpful advice. Our house brochure was very nicely worded and although i am quite picky about 'writings' I am very impressed about how all the information about our property was compacted in one little paragraph. The communication about 'current sale status' is simply top notch till the point you sell. We received an acceptable offer within 2 weeks of going onto the market. It was very helpful to seek mortgage advice (even though i thought nothing could be added to my information) and is recommended even. Once we were on the market Victoria Timson and her team were very proactive in directing potential purchasers to our property with 3 viewings before our details were published and eight more in the first week after going on the market. We were kept fully informed on the outcome of each viewing and worked with Victoria to agree the sale just over two weeks after going on the market. When we decided to sell our property, Michael from Charters was best able to demonstrate achieving sales of similar types of property in our area. GoogleMy Husband and I were struggling to sell the house due to lockdown, so we swapped estate agents and went with Charters only a few weeks ago, and already had an offer on the house. We originally decided to go with Charters as whilst house hunting ourselves we met Elle who had been showing us around a few properties. She was great at showing us around houses and very knowledgable on each property.
