After a buyer withdrew because of Covid, Henry quickly found another buyer who, after a few bumps and a price reduction, proceeded to exchange of contracts. GoogleCharters Farnham were wonderful. Laura especially. She was professional throughout and you feel in safe hands with her. A very important aspect also is that a member of the agency team always carried out a viewing. They knew the property and knew their job. Be aware that some agents will tell you it's one of their team but it is in fact a weekend rep! The after sales department is also a very important and welcome bonus to chase solicitors, responses to enquiries from clients to progress things quickly and without unnecessary delays. GoogleI along with my family have been very impressed with the team at Charters Farnham along with their sales progressor Lisa. Having had a bumpy start to selling a probate property with another agent we decided to go with Charters after meeting and discussing everything with Laura. They were very professional, explained how they operate and what we could expect. Within the first week we had 11 viewings booked (after only having 5 in 12 weeks with old agent).
