GoogleAfter a rather unpleasant experience with Purple Bricks and no viewings requests after 10 days on the market , I instructed Charters who remarketed my house and which then sold on 1st day of viewings! After selling Jessica Crouch was put in charge of finding me a house. Jess immediately organised a viewing of a house in my preferred area which was not yet on the market and I had my offer quickly accepted on the day of the viewing! Following this Jess kept me up to speed with everyone in the chain with updates on the phone and by email. Jess is always very professional even when things have been abit stressful and a delight to deal with. I cannot recommend Charters highly enough! GoogleCharters have been extremely professional, proactive and efficient in handling the sale of a flat and house, and the purchase of a new house. All the staff are clearly dedicated to their job, and pride themselves on their professional approach. I have always been confident that they are listening and taking things seriously when I contact them. They have handled everything with the same consistent approach, from the first contact right through to the completion of the sale and purchase. I have been dealing mostly with Elle McCrindle who has been outstanding. She has been efficient and professional for certain, but she has also had a personal approach which shows that she really does care how things are progressing. I’m certain that her manner has helped the sale of my house enormously, and I continue to be impressed with how she is handling the inevitable questions and complications along the way.
