Google' Excellent estate agent ' The Excellent Estate Agent - Kevin, Beccy, Jo Lisa and Sarah including whole team. The whole team of charters went above and beyond our expectations. GoogleWe were desperately trying to find a rental in the Wiltshire / Hampshire borders and were lucky enough to attract the attention of Sarah Bainbridge at the Winchester office. She made several suggestions of properties both from her office and the Romsey outlet, followed up on our situation and was genuinely concerned about providing a friendly helpful service. We eventually found something, sadly not through Charters, but other agencies could learn from Sarah's helpful and professional approach. We are only renting until something to buy in the area we are looking becomes available, and Sarah offered to contact her colleagues dealing with sales to keep us in the loop. GoogleOf all of the Agents dealing with property in and around Winchester we found that Elle McCrindle was the most helpful in trying to find my wife and I a property to suit our requirements. Her help was particularly important because we live in Somerset, and don't have a good understanding of the market in the area. When we had travelled al over the area with no success I went to Charters' office in Winchester and talked our situation over with Elle, were we offering enough? - what were the best areas for us to look at? GoogleAfter more than six months we have finally had an offer accepted for our move to Winchester from East Anglia. Trying to find suitable properties to make a journey of over 100 miles for a viewing requires a very proactive and enthusiastic estate agent. We dealt with many estate agents in this process but Jonny at Charters was easily the best.
