GoogleCharters have been excellent from start to finish in helping me find a family home at very short notice and in very stressful circumstances. Amy Henshaw in particular was very helpful and proactive in finding us the perfect property and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend, and will be using them again in the future.

GoogleHaving tried a few letting agents, I did find Charters to be particularly good. They answered their phones, responded to emails and messages promptly, and were always courteous and professional. Sarah Bainbridge in particular, has been very helpful. Not only did she find the property that suited my requirements, but saw everything through very swiftly and efficiently.

GoogleWe have been searching to secure a rental property since the beginning of Jan 2022. During this search I have dealt with numerous Lettings Agents. There were only two which went beyond my expectations and I felt worked consistently in assisting me, in what is an extremely competitive market. I found Sarah to be extremely responsive and dedicated to her role. She is a credit to Charters as was the professional services of Christina, when we conducted our viewings. GoogleCharters has a very professional teams, the staff who accompanied us on the viewing are very knowledgeable, giving suggestions what can be possible improve the property. Although we didn't purchase the house from them due to we have particular area we would like to be but the staff had shown us alternative area with pleasant manner especially Cameron , he is willing to listen and try to find properties we require. He always follow up and return the call as soon as possible. He even congratulate and wish us well when we purchase the house from the other estate agent and make us welcome to come back if our purchase is unsuccessful. GoogleSarah (and Gary) at Charters went several extra miles to find a rental property suitable for my family. This was made more complicated by having to find a property that could accommodate one of my sons who is in a wheelchair. Sarah worked tirelessly on the case , never gave up on the challenge and together we saw many houses and measured many bathrooms and doorways for fit with the wheelchair ! I would wholeheartedly recommend the Charters team for providing a truly bespoke, friendly and effective service.

GoogleBrilliant from start to finish. Regular updates each week with a progress report on viewings and then our subsequent sale. From the very beginning Peter was so positive and gave us the confidence to go ahead with Charters Winchester. We didn’t bother asking anyone else as first impression was so encouraging. An offer on our property was accepted within 3 months and the after sales service with Jo continued with the professional knowledge we’d become accustomed to. Totally efficient, once again, weekly updates liaising with both solicitors acting for the sale. Both my husband and I can’t thank them enough for a seamless, professional and friendly service from the first day to the last. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to sell in Winchester.

GoogleI highly recommend the lettings team at Charters Estate Agents in Winchester, they have been managing my property for some time and the service has been outstanding. The team works very hard to market the property well and has kept me up to date regarding viewings and feedback. Communication is consistently excellent in general from all members of the team and everyone I have spoken to is always friendly and professional. Sarah in particular goes above and beyond to help out! Any and all minor issues that have arisen during tenancies have been swiftly resolved. Arranging necessary updates and services to the property has been stress free despite my living in another part of the country. It's very reassuring to know that my tenants and property are in such good hands.
