Charters have been brilliant from the start Its taken us over a year to move to this dream house and we had so many hurdles, but the team at charters were always there to get us through. Especially Nick who had to listen to my rants and despair as things went wrong, he would always listen and try and chase up what was happening and keep me as informed as possible. All the others in the office, Jamie and Harry that i spoke to were equally kind and compassionate to our position. I would like to thank them all for their hard work in selling our house and making sure we got our dream property and would recommend them to anybody.

Charters have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, but Nick has consistently gone above and beyond to help drive our purchase through to completion. Communication has been excellent at every stage, and every question or query was answered efficiently. If we ever decide to sell our house in the future, we will definitely do it through Charters.

Having recently sold my flat through Charters (Southampton branch), it was a relatively straightforward process.Once the negotiations had taken place, the sales progression team, namely Stephen provided good customer service. There were many frustrations on my part with the time it was taking for different part of the process which were not on the fault of Stephen or his direct team. It was mortgage companies and solicitors - lack of communication from them. Stephen showed empathy and understanding whenever we talked and I was kept updated on the progress even when there wasn't any news. He was quick to respond to my calls and emails and was consistent his approach. Thank you for your help, Stephen!

Amazing team really helped us from start to finish. Very friendly, polite and professional and helped us to take some of the stress out of first time buying. Stephane was amazing at communicating with us and keeping us up to date with what is happening and speeding up any complications in the process. Great team to have help with buying a property.

Good experience with Charters, as we called around agents they were one of the few that took a minute to listen to what we wanted and ask questions, rather than just add us to their estate agent database. Pretty good post-offer too - good communications, responsive and action-oriented.
