GoogleCharters have been excellent from a buyers side. We dealt with Cameron who understood our needs, recommended strong properties that fitted our criteria and then managed the process expertly. Buying a house should be enjoyable and non pushy, this is exactly what Cameron and Charters deliver. If you’re looking to buy a home make sure you sign up to these guys. The entire team is also super friendly and helpful, we needed ID verified for solicitors and even though Cameron was out of office, Ed stepped straight in and helped us taking time out of his day to complete what we needed. This is how modern day estate agents should deliver their services.

GoogleBehind their posh and “professional” looking offices here is the treatment you can expect from them; 1. They claim not returning “parking permits” at the end of the tenancy, even if you did. 2. They claim you putting nails on the wall, when you haven’t. 3. They use their management keys to access the property unsolicited/unauthorised, and they claim that this wasn’t the case. Unfortunately appalling tenancy service despite communication efforts, I find them horrible deal with. Please stay well clear away from this company. You have been warned!

GoogleOur old property management company (Southern properties management) got taken over by charters and we are very pleased with their professionalism. Jacqui and Kirstie moved from southern properties to Charters, they are very helpful and always been available for any rental query. Kirstie is currently arranging our move into our new house and has gone above and beyond looking after us. Highly recommended

GoogleBrilliant service, very friendly staff. The whole team are ready to help you. We brought and sold through Charters in Alton recently. It was the service we received from the team on our purchase which made us swap estate agents for our remaining sale. They are all knowledgeable, on your case and are dedicated. Toby, Darcy and Sarah where all outstanding.

GoogleWe have recently sold and bought with Charters ( fingers crossed). Cameron has been a pleasure to deal with as has the rest of the team. Cameron secured two offers on our current home and actually tipped us off about an early look at the house we are downsizing into. He has really got to know us, our fears and our dreams, and perfectly matched us to buyer and seller. Highly recommend Cameron and all the Charters team. Kirstie and Jacqui are true professionals in their field. Always available, transparent and responsive. We have benefitted from Charters expanded network and the extensive services they can offer. They have dedicated staff for each of the processes you may need, the support afforded as Expat landlords is the best we have experienced in 20 years of renting properties, and having worked with others in the area previously we have no hesitation recommending them.

GoogleOur house move literally wouldn't have happened without the extraordinary efforts of the Charters team. Simon was incredibly professional and helpful when valuing our house to put it on the market. Cameron was extremely polite and easy to get on with when arranging viewings. Jake could not have been more knowledgable and accommodating when showing us around properties on our viewings, and was always there well before time. And Stephen literally made the move happen dealing with very difficult circumstances within our chain. We can't thank the whole team enough!
