GooglePaulina has been the biggest help since my move and has helped me greatly to transition to my new home she was very prompt and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy as possible the whole team is very helpful and I would recommend their service . A extra special shout out to Paulina for swiftly getting my keys arranged and helping me with all the small details she is a credit to the company and is very good at her job.

GoogleIt was a wonderful experience with steed estates. Mr. Ali was handling everything very Brilliantly. From viewing till final home overall I said very professional work & incredibly helpful person he is. A genuine buyers agent. Highly recommend.

GoogleHad a viewing with them, and they tried to reschedule half an hour before the appointment but I was already there. Considering I lived far from the location. When I told them I was already there, they then told me fine they will come. They came 25 minutes late and as soon as I left, saw the agent drive in. Poor attitude, poor work ethic. I left because I had other appointments and was already late to my next one because of this.

GoogleVery bad experience with this agency. Had a viewing booked for one of their properties and nobody showed up for the viewing. Waited in front of the door for good 20 min and I called the agency to find out what happened, but nobody answered. When I called the agency next day, the agent claimed he called several times and left a voice message, to inform I can have an online viewing. Curious enough, my phone never ringed or no voice message was left in my inbox. Absolute disappointment, I would never contact them again.

GoogleWe worked with paulina from century 21 first around 7 months and she has been nothing but a God sent. She was patient throughout the process till we found Tennants. Always communicated everything thoroughly. Great service from beginning and even after finding Tennants she still is on the ball sorting out bits and bobs ensuring all parties are pleased. Great work and highly recommended if you need to rent out your property. Thanks again Paulina.

GoogleThis company is so unprofessional. I was twice told that my viewing appointment had been booked and it actually wasn't booked until the day of the viewing. Paulina in the office quoted a price which was different to the advert. When I asked them why the price given was wrong, they sent me an automated messaged saying the room had gone after agreeing that I could take the room. I have attached evidence of this. Please don't let them waste your time. Avoid please

GoogleGoodmayes have a wide selection of living spaces, so when I was too late to secure one of the flats, they were able to offer me more options that aligned with my budget and interest. I would like to highlight that Paulina, one of the agents, was very responsive to my messages, which aided in sealing the deal a lot quicker.
