GoogleI made a factual but negative review two years ago. A few months later I asked for a reference to confirm we had been good tenants (we had), for the next place we sought. Paulina refused to confirm anything via email until after we had a phone call. Guess what she wanted to speak about on the phone call? Because after the call, I took the review down, and ONLY THEN did she confirm on email that we had been good tenants. Be careful with these reviews... you don't know what "phone calls" they are making
