GoogleAbysmal service. Answered the phone like it was his home phone “hello…?” Had to ask twice if this was the estate agent. Then also for a name of the person I was speaking to. Told it was Kamran. Well, all I can say is Kam’s attitude STINKS. He doesn’t want to listen to complaints, probably because it requires him to actually do something for a change. He hung up the phone on me in the end. Such a wonderfully professional example of estate agent these days. Wouldn’t touch this “company” with a barge pole, I’d heard rumours about them but hate to judge until I’ve had my own experience. Well let me tell you - they are as rubbish as people say! Disgusting service skills Kamran. Unfortunately Google won’t let you leave a ZERO star review. That’s what my true rating is.

Were are sorry you feel like that, there are plenty of things we can say about you but we’ll reserve that. You are more than welcome to office to discuss your issues, your telephone manners leave much to desire too. Note to reader there is always to side to a story, I urge you not to listen to one side. Our reviews speak volumes.

GoogleI rented a property for the weekend in Lightbox Blue, Media City, Salford through Dolce Vita. Communication before, during and after my stay was excellent, polite and very informative. The price I paid was very competitive compared to other holiday lettings in the area. I've also added another review on the property itself with photos taken from in, views from and near it.

GoogleThe views from the terrace should be seen in person. No words or photographs can do them justice. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown, close to the public transportation (bus/train) and close to many trails if you’re into hiking. The apartment is homey and clean. The kitchen has everything you might need. Our stay is unforgettable and I highly recommend La Dolce Vita apartment!

GoogleWe had an excellent stay in November 2023. Apartment is beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings (including king size bed!) and everything you could need in the kitchen. The view from the balcony is stunning. Located on a major route for the buses and train station is a short walk. Jameson was very responsive regarding one small issue and he met us when we arrived. Five stars all around! One note is that the end of November and December is when many of the restaurants in Villefranche take their annual break, so a short trip to Nice is necessary to dine out.

GoogleThanks to Hanane and Jamison, we spent two fantastic off-season weeks in Villefranche-sur-Mer. We fell in love with this small town. Quiet, picturesque, safe, and friendly, with many excellent restaurants, Villefranche is a rare gem on the Cote d'Azur and close to the much larger Nice (we even walked to Nice a few times). And the Dolce Vita apartment - one of the best we've ever stayed in - fully matches the city's beauty. It's spacious, has a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you wish. The apartment has a great terrace with stunning views of the city, sea, and mountains. Thank you, Dolce Vita, for the excellent communication and experience. Highly recommended.

GoogleI just visited the office and the response to me was so direspectful and the bald person don't know what his name is 👎️wasnt willing to talk properly as i wanted to rent a property.He didn't even responded properly.Poor customer service and the way he spoke to me and way he responded was very bad.I felt like why the hell i visited this office.Very very very bad attitude.
