GoogleWe had a very good experience with Matthew from Century21 throughout. Even when things got stressful towards the end when purchasing our property he was there to help. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt he always had our best interest at heart.

GoogleHave tried to rent a flat with them but just messed me around . Was waiting for 2 weeks and in the end they told me the landlord is not happy with my application. However the guy who was assisting me with the application, Ali , showed me another property . We have agreed for that one , and he said I need to transfer the amount for 1 month deposit in advance. Ok , I ve done it . After 1 week he is calling me and saying that the landlord will compare more offers so I have to wait . After all this waste of time I required my deposit back and already 1 week passed and didn’t get it . I am calling them but no answer, really unserious and unprofessional estate agency in head with Ali what will mess you around . Don’t recommend this estate agency , unless you want to lose your money and time ! Very disappointed ((

Hi Dorin: We understand your frustration and can only apologise. We know that you needed a property urgently and we tried to help by showing multiple options. Unfortunately on each occasion the Landlord decided on a different option. Please be aware that Landlords are now extremely careful in choosing Tenants, especially given what's been happening in 2020 with Covid 19 restrictions and Tenants misusing Government and Court protections.
