GoogleCustomer service is awful.
I got confirmation by email as attached copy to view the property. I was just on the way to view the property, I received call from office just 10 - 15 min before, they said we don't have keys.When i mentioned i received confirmation email, the guy said, THESE KIND OF EMAIL WE SEND TO EVERYBODY. Such a time WASTERS.
I have seen this kind of SERVICE for the first time.
Very disappointed.

After analysing the issue we have found your review to be misleading and without merit.
The property in question is still undergoing refurbishment. As such the keys are still with the Landlord. When you were booked to view the property you were informed of this. You were also informed that we would confirm the final appointment once we'd received the Landlord's approval. We explained that we would contact you this morning with the final confirmation. The email that had been sent to you was a generic information email detailing the property and its address. After your conversation this morning it became clear that there had been a misunderstanding.
Having said this we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding and will make efforts to ensure such misunderstandings do not happen in the future.
I will contact you asap to see whether we can resolve your grievances.
