GoogleNoman was very professional and at times exceeded my expectations when dealing with the sale of my property. The stress and anxiety of selling a property was completely taken away from me and I didn't have to worry about viewings and prospective buyers. Noman always kept me informed and updated along with feedback on all viewings and once an offer was accepted he constantly followed up on pushing the sale forward despite difficult times with regards to the pandemic. I will be using his services again in the future and hope his excellent standards continue to impress.

GoogleGave my property to Century 21 to rent out a few months ago, was dealing with Nafeesa who is a very polite individual, and defintley knows the trade. Nafeesa kept me informed during the process which put my mind at ease, as ive had bad expereinces in the past with agents. Nafeesa has been great, and always willing to help. GoogleAs a landlord, myself and my family have been a client with the Century 21 East Ham branch for over 3 years. Their level of professionalism and commitment to achieving satisfaction for both client and tenants has been second to none. Since day one the team have been sensitive and responsive to our specific requirements especially during market fluctuations and differences in personal circumstances. I would highly recommend their service and special mention goes to Nafeesa and Mohammed who have tackled issues with patience, decorum and understanding... Long may it continue.

GoogleWe had a bad experience with Century 21 after dealing with Matthew when attempting to purchase a property. We had viewed the property initially, and then offered a chance for a second viewing which we accepted and also attended. Matthew explicitly told us that if we were to offer on the property, that it would not be sold from underneath us, and that he would come back to us with some feedback of our offer. Exactly the opposite happened, and another offer was made on the same day, and if we had not followed up, we have not known that Matthew had simply taken the highest offer without letting us know. The issue isn't the fact that someone had made a higher offer, but more so the the mis-information that there would be no issue with second viewing and not selling the property from under our nose. Additionally, our offer was not acknowledged in writing, and we had no confirmation that our offer was even submitted to the vendors. Its a shame, as this branch is centrally located in Mere Green, but I for one would not list any of my other properties or my main residence with Century 21, simply down to how we were dealt with, and the poor service received. Acres, Paul Carr, Green etc on the other hand offer a far superior service by comparison. In case you have forgotten who I am, its the gentleman you showed the house to with the Golliwog doll on display. Cheers

GoogleI cannot thank Peter Lott enough. From start to finish he was always on the end of the phone and did everything we could ask for in the sale and purchase of our new home. We had a few problems along the way, both with our buyers solicitor and our vendor who kept changing her mind. I would always recommend century 21 for both sale and purchase.
