GoogleMy review is about Paulina specifically I really cannot praise her professionalism enough to be honest. Moving can be stressful an she was really reassuring and personable. She was available when I had questions and put me at ease. I would actually use this company again purely because of her. GoogleExcellent service from start to finish exceptional attention to detail they helped us find a perfect match for our requirement when looking for tenant for our Property. Jass and team went above and beyond to meet our needs, they were brilliant in keeping all correspondence and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them if one wants a smooth journey as a Landlord. They took over from start by putting our home on the market to finish with all the paper work and what goes in the back ground for letting a property out (legal stuff).Taking care of all the necessary changes which needed to be done all in good time. Special thanks to Paulina for her regular phone calls emails and updates and Samra and Sunny were great help......Thank you century 21 for being simply amazing. Now looking for using them for our next property.

GoogleEveryone at Century 21 Goodmayes have been so helpful in letting my property, I have been letting for a long time and this is my 2nd time with Jas and his team, they were so great I just had to write a review. I found they were honest and transparent and went above and beyond to help me, they have restored my faith in letting agents again Thank you all for your help and hard work, I really appreciate it, specially Paulina. I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

GoogleHave tried to rent a flat with them but just messed me around . Was waiting for 2 weeks and in the end they told me the landlord is not happy with my application. However the guy who was assisting me with the application, Ali , showed me another property . We have agreed for that one , and he said I need to transfer the amount for 1 month deposit in advance. Ok , I ve done it . After 1 week he is calling me and saying that the landlord will compare more offers so I have to wait . After all this waste of time I required my deposit back and already 1 week passed and didn’t get it . I am calling them but no answer, really unserious and unprofessional estate agency in head with Ali what will mess you around . Don’t recommend this estate agency , unless you want to lose your money and time ! Very disappointed ((NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Hi Dorin: We understand your frustration and can only apologise. We know that you needed a property urgently and we tried to help by showing multiple options. Unfortunately on each occasion the Landlord decided on a different option. Please be aware that Landlords are now extremely careful in choosing Tenants, especially given what's been happening in 2020 with Covid 19 restrictions and Tenants misusing Government and Court protections.
