GoogleWorse than ever. Never listen to the tenants if any problem. Problem in the house water leaking called many times email as well but did not took any action. Finally stopped paying rent for few months than they sent someone to fix

GoogleRude Staff and unprofessional behavior by agent's. Letted property are still available on Zoopla. When we requested them to why is still available on Zoopla they say it their choice to not to remove the post. As a property needer we are wasting our time by calling these agency Century 21 Heritage. Not recommended agency. Guys pls don't waste your time on this agency.

GoogleBefore finding Century 21 Heritage. I was having such a difficult time with renting in East London being a single man with a normal job (circa 26k per annul) Everyone was either asking for a guarantor or that I earn 80,000+ Neither of which I had at the time. They never judged me based on earnings or background, they treated me with the upmost respect and effort throughout my time looking for a flat with them. Since moving in they have been super helpful and responsive.

For there is no unanswer prayer with God. it is usually said that God blesses us through men and i have confirmed today with Mrs Morris Bertha who God sent to lift me up.
