Went with castles at the same time and they gotta lots of people to view and found a buyer quickly. The selling process was a bit of a nightmare so it was good to have Max at castles to mediate and help move things along. I think he earned that money by the end of the process!

I appreciate with the birth of the online agent, why vendors are drawn to trying to sell their property when there is the promise of a small fee in comparison to the high street agent. As you have experienced, selling a property is not always as simple as advertising on property portals and actually a great deal of effort and understanding a buyers needs goes into matching clients with their requirements. They were incredibly flexible on times for viewings, doing some viewings after 6pm in order to get potential buyers to see the place. They promised to give an update every Monday and did so.
