GoogleWell these guys are great after having a few agents around I went with Castles to sell our home in South Tottenham. George Bruno and Gary were surpurb made it a smooth sale from start to finish I would recommend them to anyone 5 star thanks guys .

I found George and the team to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, they even assisted me with finding the best mortgage deal via their broker who ended up saving me £100 per month. Great team, highly recommended.

GoogleAs a female seller I felt very comfortable with George and Bruno right from the start.I was also impressed by the look of the office, very high end look. They were very knowledgeable about the housing market and gave good advice. From valuation to completion they maintained a high level of professionalism, communication and support in order for the process to run smoothly for me. I would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleBruno and George went above and beyond their call of duty in relation to the recent sale of my flat. It was a difficult process due to no fault of their own and they always were at the end of a phone or email quickly solving any problems that arose. George kept me updated on a weekly basis which I really appreciated. I don't live local so if anything needed to be done in my absence George dealt with this for me and often at short notice. George kept me informed and in my opinion was worth every penny and were more helpful than my local solicitor. They understood the process and talked me through the various stages. He was very helpful and assisted me in each step of the buying process. Before I knew it he had helped me find my ideal flat. He was informing me by phone and email to make sure I was fully aware of the latest progression and updates on the sale of my flat and he has not hesitated to put in extra effort to help me further on searching about other related matters on sale and purchase. GoogleAs an employee of an investment and development company, I can understand professionalism. The people here requested certain information that we were unable to provide, but rather than allowing us to explain why, they were instead dismissive and rude.
You spoke to myself Gary I explained that all offers made must be substantiated. Proff of funds and ID for yourselfs. You told me your directors did not want to supply this information. We take vetting all offers very serious for our client's due to money laundering. If you would like to speak More about this matter i would be more then happy to take your call.

GoogleI have known George and the team at Castles for over eleven years, during which time they successfully negotiated purchases for friends of mine, so they were the go-to choice when it came to putting my own flat for sale. To my amazement Bruno managed to secure an offer from the first viewer in what is widely considered a stagnant market, thanks to his perfect understanding of the area and his skill at matching potential buyer to property. Despite the chain having run into difficulty over legal technicalities, the sale was completed with no drop in price in just over four months - I would have no hesitation in recommending Castles if you are thinking of selling in Tottenham.
