GoogleI had a very positive experience with castles estate agents. Steven Carter was our agent and kept me informed from start to finish of what the process was and what we needed to do.
He was always helpful and the whole process from viewing, paperwork and getting us moved in took place within a month.
There were a couple of potential problems with our move but these were ok in the end thanks to Steven making sure all would be ok and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

GoogleBefore putting my house on the market I did extensive research into estate agent's statistics and asked for recommendations. The name Abraham Rawat is on everyone's lips! House sales are all about chemistry and matching the right purchaser and vendor to ensure a successful sale. From the moment I met him, it was obvious that the reputation was deserved. I have not been disappointed. Moving is known to be one of the most stressful life events- Abraham has really taken the stress out of it. He anticipates problems and sorts them quickly. His communication is fabulous, its key to keep everyone in the loop to keep the sale on track. From the word go he took a personal interest in the property, getting to know it and showing it himself. I cant recommend him highly enough

GoogleAfter approaching 3 local estate agents, I decided to proceed with Castles at Edmonton to handle the sale of my property. Of the 3 agents, I found Castles to be the most competitive and Stuart Gray the most upfront as to costs, the properties negatives and positives. Most importantly, he was the only agent who explained exactly how they would like to market the property in the current climate. The open day method was the least disruptive to me and resulted in a very quick sale. Castles were extremely quick and efficient, which I was extremely grateful for. Moving can be very stressful, but all the staff were efficient, polite, and helpful. I can only but recommend Castles at Edmonton if you want to sell your property competitively and efficiently.
