Honesty, Integrity and Expertise: the benchmark for the Estate Agent Profession. We recently sold our property with Castle's Estate Agents. Both Abraham and Sandro were involved in our sale. The questions Abraham posed when first looking around our property showed a level of acumen and insight that immediately differentiated him from others in his profession. He and Sandro are consummate professionals who act with honesty and integrity. I've not previously had this experience with estate agents and they have well and truly transformed my perspective. A heart-felt thank-you to both of them for their hard work and expertise in navigating this sale, Charlie

We first contacted Castles along with two other agents in 2012. After the first meeting our inclination was to go with Castles. This was cemented when we needed some historical valuations on the property and Abraham was the only agent who went to the trouble of helping with this information. Not able to proceed with the sale between 2012 - 2016, we asked Castles for recommendations for professionals and trades people and other general advice. Again, without any guarantee that they would eventually receive our business they were happy to help. Once on the market the sale took just under a year, with two near exchanges failing at the eleventh hour due to issues beyond our and Castles control. Abraham very professionally handled our (and his) disappointment and quickly got us back on track. Finally, He was able to solve the inevitable last minute hassles before exchange and completion. So all in all we were extremely pleased with Abraham and the Castles team and would recommend them without hesitation. A&S

We found a lovely flat in Palmers green through castles. Throughout the whole process, Nof Tonna and his team were extremely helpful, polite and easy to work with. At every turn in the process, we were also provided with the insight and guidance we needed to help us through the process (which was new to us). In a crowded industry, castles palmers green have left a really positive and lasting impression. I'd recommend anyone buying and selling their property to in the area speak to castles, particularly if you value honesty and integrity!

Thank you to James, John and Alexei who were involved in selling our property. They lined up lots of potential buyers to view our house and were on hand to show them around so we didn't have to. They were quick to respond to communications and kept us up to date throughout. They also marketed the house of the people who purchased our house and that was sold within a week of being on the market, it was handy just having one estate agent to liaise with and they kept things on track until completion.

I have just sold my property with castles and I rarely leave reviews for any businesses but I have to say they were absolutely fantastic . I have sold many properties in the past and you here the usual spill from cocky estate agents but David and his team at Castles were honest from the valuation to the day of completion and managed some very difficult issues with the sale . The communication was second to none and both Max and Josh were very much up to speed with my requirements and had great knowledge of the area and my property when conducting viewings . David and the team thanks for all your help and for bottle of champagne …….. it was a lovely touch .

I had an excellent experience working with the team at Castles. They work with honestly and integrity and did a fantastic job for us behind the scenes working with the seller and their solicitors to ensure a quick and relatively hassle free transaction. As first time buyers we approached buying a property with some caution and trepidation. However in reflection the whole process was a smooth and easy experience and a lot of that was attributable to the assistance and help that Dave and Max provided.

Castles are excellent, especially Enzo, he helped with everything and made it a really smooth transition into our first home. He kept us up to date with everything and even his colleagues helped with he wasnt able to be in the office. He always greeted with a big smile and was really easy to talk to. I'd recommend him to anyone wanting to move. 👍😄

Having had a good experience of buying my property through Castles a couple of years ago, I decided to sell through them too and it was reassuring to be dealing with the same team as before. It was a bumpy journey but when my buyers pulled out, they worked quickly to find new ones without really needing to re-market the property (although they did that too). I would have liked more communication from Castles at times but on the whole, it was a largely positive experience selling through them. I've moved out of the area and won't be buying around there again but I would recommend Castles to anyone who wants to sell - there's a lot of competition in the London market and they are definitely one of the better quality estate agents.

I have recently rented a property through Castles. I tried many estate agents previously, who ignored my calls, always failed to give information. Finally, I found Sertac Cakgoz Marla at this who kept me informed all the time and handled the transaction in a highly professional manner. I would highly recommend Castles and Sertac in particular Great job mate :) Mahmoud

I had a very positive experience with castles estate agents. Steven Carter was our agent and kept me informed from start to finish of what the process was and what we needed to do. He was always helpful and the whole process from viewing, paperwork and getting us moved in took place within a month. There were a couple of potential problems with our move but these were ok in the end thanks to Steven making sure all would be ok and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks Steven!

Before putting my house on the market I did extensive research into estate agent's statistics and asked for recommendations. The name Abraham Rawat is on everyone's lips! House sales are all about chemistry and matching the right purchaser and vendor to ensure a successful sale. From the moment I met him, it was obvious that the reputation was deserved. I have not been disappointed. Moving is known to be one of the most stressful life events- Abraham has really taken the stress out of it. He anticipates problems and sorts them quickly. His communication is fabulous, its key to keep everyone in the loop to keep the sale on track. From the word go he took a personal interest in the property, getting to know it and showing it himself. I cant recommend him highly enough

After approaching 3 local estate agents, I decided to proceed with Castles at Edmonton to handle the sale of my property. Of the 3 agents, I found Castles to be the most competitive and Stuart Gray the most upfront as to costs, the properties negatives and positives. Most importantly, he was the only agent who explained exactly how they would like to market the property in the current climate. The open day method was the least disruptive to me and resulted in a very quick sale. Castles were extremely quick and efficient, which I was extremely grateful for. Moving can be very stressful, but all the staff were efficient, polite, and helpful. I can only but recommend Castles at Edmonton if you want to sell your property competitively and efficiently.

Castle are a great agent, I have used them for all my property sales since they have been open as I really like their professional but very friendly service. It is such an important and all consuming time when selling and buying so having Castle to make it a stress free process was brilliant.. Thanks
