Stuart at castles in Edmonton Hertford Road went above and beyond in dealing with the sale of my property from start to finish even when the first buyer pulled out at the last minute Stuart and his team made every effort possible to find a new buyer within two weeks they found a new buyer. The office was always there for any questions to answer me and kept me posted every step of the way. Stuart and his team were always very polite. Professional. booked appt for valuation then they cancelled they rebooked another appointment for the 16/09/25 2-4pm spoke called th didn't turn up called them the reception lady sais someone going to the property no one came called around 5pm they said he spoke to his colleague to call me back he didn't.i called again spoke they said colleague is on the call he'll call me back he did not call me back. called again they said everyone is out can I call you back tommr.what Rubbish is that simple question simple answer are you coming to the appt between 2-4 yes or no kept me calling you & sending me round what rubbish this is no customer service i don't know how they get customers treating people like this.

It's something I'd been putting off because I was worried about the stress it could cause, especially when estate agents get such a bad reputation, but how Gentian & Castles do business is the absolute opposite of what I thought the experience would be like & the entire process was stress free which came as a very pleasant surprise. A gentleman called Gentian came and did the valuation and arranged an open day for a week later, Gentian and his colleague Jay made all the necessary arrangements all we had to do was go out while the viewings went ahead.
