GoogleMy experience working alongside Stuart and his team to sell our property wasn't really what I expected. I expected it to be a long process with lost of decision making. However, it was nothing like that. Stuart and his team took care of everything so smoothly for us. We were consulted and informed every step of the way, and offered advice whenever it was needed. I just can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.

GoogleI had an excellent experience dealing with Castles estate agents from the start of the sale of my property till the completion date. The first meeting was very professional, the details and contract of the sale were very clear, and the cost of the sale was very reasonable comparing to other local estate agents. The viewings were well organised, with minimum impact on my busy day to day work and life, as castles estate agents had the keys and organised the viewing without needing me to be around all the time. Castles managed to sell my house in record time, and I feel the prices was good to me and to the buyer as well. They know the area very well, and they have a deep understanding of the local property market. This has attracted good number of viewings which led to a good offer I accepted. Throughout, the sale process, I was getting updates from the agent, regarding any requests from the buyer and also, managed the communication between the buyer, the solicitors and myself very well and in a professional manner. GoogleAs a first time buyer, who felt overwhelmed by the process of even just looking, I’ve found the experience to have been so enjoyable because i was looked after Jai. He listened to my requirements and delivered with the viewings he arranged, advising me each time what to look out for. He would phone and update me regularly, which helped out any worries and stress I had with the whole searching for a property. I would highly recommend Castles, particularly Jai, if you’re looking to make a house purchase a less daunting experience.

GoogleI recently visited a lot of letting agents recently as i was searching for a property to rent and was very sure that it would be very difficult for me as my rent is covered by dss. After visiting and leaving my details with many agents i had no joy or had to keep chasing agents my self to get updates. Then finally my last stop was castles edmonton where i was greeting by alex. Alex was very proffessional extremely friendly. He took my details and and made notes of what i was looking for and where. Witin that week he arrengeged a viewing for me for a wonderful property that i was really happy with and made regular contact with me with updates totally made the process of contacting the council and sorting the deposit out very simple and easy. We have been in the property a month now and extremely happy. Thank you alex Castle is a definant recomendation from me to all.

GoogleI wanted to review Castles Estates and particularly a huge recommendation on Nancy in the maintenance department. Nancy has always been extremely responsive, supportive and professional with any maintenance issue I've had. She goes above and beyond, she really helped once when the lock on my property had an issue and locked me out. It was a bank holiday, but Nancy was able to arrange for a locksmith to come out within the hour, who was able to identify that there was an issue with the lock. GoogleCastles are the 'Go To' estate agent for property sales in Edmonton, they know the local property market extremely well, are efficient, professional and friendly. They are also fully conversant with the practicalities of probate and the prevailing mortgage market. They provide a full explanation of fee structure with reasoned recommendations on how to market the property. They were, through reputation, my first choice. I sought other quotations, but went with Castles who quoted the best fee structure. I was certainly not disappointed. If you have a property to sell in Enfield use Castles as your estate agent and Martin Shepherd as your solicitors.
