One of the worst and stingiest places I have seen, the manager Alex here sits all day long does not answer any enquiries when a problem is escalated, does not deal with landlords when they are not happy with the service and blames member of staff when something goes wrong. I really don't know why and how he was chosen to be a manager. The organisation it self makes you work so much and does not like it when you take your break/lunch, they wouldn't mind if you worked 24/7 but pay you peanuts. One of the worst places I have ever worked, I do not recommend this place for anyone. Long story short stay away from the lettings department its not worth spending a penny and people who are wiling to work here please avoid for your own health/benefit.

Having met a couple of cowboys masquerading as reputable estate agents in Edmonton which I will not name here (please be careful) , Craig Tiller of Castles was a breath of fresh air. Professional and punctual from the outset, he answered all of my questions, as I was a first time landlord, and guided me effortlessly through the process whilst also achieving the optimum monthly rental amount. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and Castles and would warn others to be careful when selecting an agent from the Edmonton area. Biggest is not always best! I chose the full service package as I wanted and trusted Castles to look after the property whilst I was out of the country. Huge thanks to Craig and the team at Castles for finding me very good tenants within about 2 or 3 days of instructing them and before the property was even advertised.

We were the Buyers in this transaction but Stuart, Mikhael and the team really looked after us as part of the great service they delivered. Even before we put an offer in on the house we eventually bought they took a real interest in showing us around their properties and wanting to know what we were looking for, ready to advise. I would even go as far as to say that Stuart kept our (and our Sellers) hopes alive with his positivity and expert knowledge regarding options when we thought the transaction would collapse as we hit on some snags/delays in the process. My property was rented out through Castles Lettings for four and a half years and I found them helpful and professional and able to deal with any problems that arose. Alex was the person I had most contact with through this process and I appreciated his consistency and patience in the midst of his busy schedule and many responsibilities. It was also helpful to have Castles Maintenance look into the need for repairs when issues came up and provide information about what was required and the cost involved. As a result of my experience, I would highly recommend Castles to both landlords and tenants.

I rented a property in February 2016 and dealt initially with Sertak, a very charming man, along with Steven Carter. As a society we are quick to complain and so it is only right that when someone provides the kind of customer care as Steven did, this should be acknowledged. Steven was very helpful, attentive, patient with my endless questions and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept me informed every step of the way. Well, what can I say.... Everything was going wrong, I had a very, very bad credit score, due to a near fatal illness a few years back. The last agency, Hetheringtons, shafted me due to my situation, they charged me 25k up front in cash, Plus 6 months deposit, just to let their property for a year. So, I didn't expect much better from Castles Estate Agents to be honest. However, Enzo Soylu, a letting negotiator at Castles, trusted in me from the very start, he guided me sympathetically through the referencing process and vouched for me to his colleagues, at his own risk and to his own detriment. Finally, I'm now in one of the most beautiful apartments ever and I'm elated :-) Thank God for Enzo & Castles Estate Agents.

In my opinion Stephen Carter is the best agent castles in edmonton have to offer. My personal view on the estate agents as a whole is not good but its also not bad, as in any situation please enter it with your eyes wide open take your time and make the decision thats best for you. That way you will avoid any confusion and Castles will be able to support you as a tenant the best way they can. I will say they are quick to deal with any issues that may arise and they will try thier best to make sure youre comfortable in the property youve rented. Just bare in mind theyre the middle man so they have to make sure you and also your landlord are happy.

I had a very positive experience with castles estate agents. Steven Carter was our agent and kept me informed from start to finish of what the process was and what we needed to do. He was always helpful and the whole process from viewing, paperwork and getting us moved in took place within a month. There were a couple of potential problems with our move but these were ok in the end thanks to Steven making sure all would be ok and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks Steven!
