GoogleFantastic experience with Castles Edmonton! I recently found a house to let through Castles Edmonton, and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish - super quick to respond to any messages or questions I had throughout the process, and wonderfully patient and reassuring with any issues that arose. Victoria, our lettings consultant, and the rest of the team were amazing, and helped us from start to finish for a fantastically smooth transition. Since we've moved in, they've continue to be super helpful with any queries that we've had so far. Would highly recommend if you're looking to rent a property!

GoogleSam and Stuart were both very helpful when it came to purchasing a property. Always responded quickly to my questions and helped the transaction run as smooth as possible. A positive and friendly experience. It's rare to build a trusting relationship with an agent, but Castle's did just that

GoogleYou are illegally increasing rents by 35%. When they are not accepted, you kick people out of their homes. You threaten to sue in every letter you send. Good job.
Hi Ronaldo Thank you for your review, whilst we appreciate all feedback, I cannot find you on our database. In order to discuss this matter please contact me on 02088041505 or email me directly on davidm@castles.london

GoogleMy agents name is Gentain and he is a very kind man who does not display the stereotypical manner associated with estate agents. I recommend him; he was understanding and was not forcefull which can make moving home even more stressfull. He advised me to take my time looking for somewhere to live after I had sold. He was not constantly on my back but would phone me for updates say once a week. Stuart who is the manager is also very down to earth who I had some dealings with.

GoogleAVOID at all costs. They are a bunch of cowboys trying to inflate house prices by holding illegal open auctions. If you want to secure buying a property you need to pay them under the table. Stuart Gray the manager has got the worst customer services and I pulled out of a sale because of his lack of respect to customers.
I am sorry to read your comments as our Open Days have proven very successful and popular with our vendors. I would appreciate if you would contact me at the Edmonton office to discuss your comments further David Edgar Managing Director
