Having had a good experience of buying my property through Castles a couple of years ago, I decided to sell through them too and it was reassuring to be dealing with the same team as before. It was a bumpy journey but when my buyers pulled out, they worked quickly to find new ones without really needing to re-market the property (although they did that too). I would have liked more communication from Castles at times but on the whole, it was a largely positive experience selling through them. I've moved out of the area and won't be buying around there again but I would recommend Castles to anyone who wants to sell - there's a lot of competition in the London market and they are definitely one of the better quality estate agents.

GoogleAfter approaching 3 local estate agents, I decided to proceed with Castles at Edmonton to handle the sale of my property. Of the 3 agents, I found Castles to be the most competitive and Stuart Gray the most upfront as to costs, the properties negatives and positives. Most importantly, he was the only agent who explained exactly how they would like to market the property in the current climate. The open day method was the least disruptive to me and resulted in a very quick sale. Castles were extremely quick and efficient, which I was extremely grateful for. Moving can be very stressful, but all the staff were efficient, polite, and helpful. I can only but recommend Castles at Edmonton if you want to sell your property competitively and efficiently.

GoogleI was extremely please with the service that Lorenzo provided. He was very efficient, and understood exactly what I needed. He was extremely professional and friendly, and managed to ensure I had the keys to the property 4 days after my offer was accepted. He also arranged for all the bills to be moved over, and for the carpets to be cleaned, A very very good service all round. Would highly recommend him.
