GoogleThis has been the worst renting experience I have ever had! The agents don't care about you at all, and they take AGES to reply. If you need something to be repaired, you might as well do it yourself as they use guys that don't know how to do anything! PLEASE don't use this agency at all unless you like living with RATS!

GoogleHaving registered with several agents I have to say I found Steven Carter in the lettings department to be of the most help. He would call me every couple of days for updates on various properties, it honestly felt like this man cared and took note of my interests and needs. I would without hesitation recommend this man to anybody looking for rentals.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through Castles. I tried many estate agents previously, who ignored my calls, always failed to give information. Finally, I found Sertac at this office who kept me informed all the time and handled the transaction in a highly professional manner. I would highly recommend Castles and Sertac in particular.

GoogleI've always been cynical around estate agents, in my experience they say one thing then don't follow through, but not Jay, he has been one of the most helpful, efficient and transparent estate agents i've ever dealt with, gets things done, good communication and trustworthy. If you use Castles in Edmonton, ask for Jay.

GoogleExcellent experience, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with no compromise to quality. All agents were very helpful, though in particular the chap who dealt with us the most, Steven Carter, who has extended his customer service beyond us signing the contracts.
