GoogleCongratulations to Alex and the team who are in their 3rd year of managing my property. Everything has been done efficiently. Special mention for Fatma Hasan; before you ask for something to be done it's already done. Keep up the good work all.

GoogleStephen and sertac were both very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with there service. Castles are the best estate agents in London and I can suggest them to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you Stephen you are 1 in a million.

GoogleCraig was great during our process of finding a new flat and moving in, he made everything very straightforward and couldn't have been more helpful. We had a tight deadline and he was super flexible in helping us meet it. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleI contacted castles looking for a property and I dealt with Steven Cater, excellent customer service, did all he could to help and was upfront with all information and the whole process. Couldn't recommend a better estate agent that this gentleman here.

GoogleRecently started renting a property through Castles. Josh made sure everything ran smoothly and that everything was completed in the correct time frame for when I wanted to move. Very pleasant experience and will definitely use castles again!

GoogleStuart Grey and his team at Castles did a very good job selling my late mother's house. I had no problems from start to finish and found them very helpful whenever I had to contact them. I would recommend them.

GoogleAlex from Lettings has been a pleasure to work with. He has been very reliable and professional throughout and has been in touch regularly, informing me of any updates. Because of this, I would definitely recommend Castles Lettings.

GoogleWe where taken through the whole procedure step by step. The staff are amazing, and so helpful. Nothing was to much, even calling to let us know what was going to happen next. Not a week went by that they didn’t call and let us know where we stood. I just can not recommend this Estate Agency enough. In our late 60s and everything explained to us properly, and in detail. I would recommend this Estate Agency to everyone.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleThe team at Castle's Edmonton were extremely professional and efficient in all aspects of the letting service they provided to me. In particular, Alex, Steven and Sertac, were all very helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI'd just like to say a huge thank you to Stuart and his team. We had lots of issues with the seller but Stuart made the process go much smoother than it otherwise would have !

FacebookCastle are a great agent, I have used them for all my property sales since they have been open as I really like their professional but very friendly service. It is such an important and all consuming time when selling and buying so having Castle to make it a stress free process was brilliant.. Thanks

GoogleIf you’re looking for a new property I highly recommend this company as well as estate agent Oliver Webster. He was very helpful and informative during the whole process and he makes sure that he looks after his clients. It takes so much weight off your shoulders as moving house can be very stressful, so it’s always nice to find professionals that you can count on. Big thank you for the whole team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe've rented a flat through Castels agency in Edmonton and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Alex Philippou and the entire team, as well. My husband and I have lived in the flat for 8 years now and if there was ever something to be done at the flat, the agency made sure to support us in any way possible. I highly recommend this agency! Thank you for everything. Irina & Constantin from Turkey Street

GoogleExcellent sale result . We saw a sign opposite for a sale by them and asked us to sell our property. We agreed a good target price with them , which they exceeded despite the very difficult market conditions. They handled the open house very well . I recommend them very highly as they know the local market really well. JM

GoogleWe would like to say big thank you for Estate agent CREIG and SERTAG for their effort and support with research of new property for us. Our agent CREIG was keeping touch if any property was meeting our criteria and offer us viewings. Important thing... pictures of property on Castle website meet reality. Conditions of houses are good or very good. Fees are not too high. Most of agencies using enlarges size pictures to hunt people for viewing. They wasted our time to reach place and disappointed us about fake size or condition of the properties. Some of agencies showing perfect condition house and on place you see fungus, or sink and shower in the room :( etc. Some of agencies using fake cheap property advertisement just persuade people to make a phone call and to hear "unfortunately this is not available however we ha w sth different to meet your criteria" of course more expensive...Also most of agencies try finish all your money as they fees and renewal contract are enormous. We finally found house from different sources however if we wouldn't we would definitely go for Castle. We are highly recommend this Castle branch. Especially our agent CREIG. Those people will support you to find good property. We will recommend your brand to others. Thank you for your time and help :) Kate and Family

GoogleAlex the Lettings manager impressed me from the start of the valuation. Was very professional, I believed I could trust his abilities and he took all the worries and complications out of the process. Sertac did the majority of viewings and secured us a tenant in only a few days. He has been great at keeping us up to date and his communication skills have been exceptional as always available to answer any questions and notify us of anything we needed to do. Very impressed with the team. Flawless.

GoogleRecently moved into our new property that we found through castles estate agents. Had approached a few agents previously that had not really been straight with us regarding the holding of deposits and other people being interested etc. When we met with Steven he was like a breath of fresh air, kept in contact with us through the process got all referencing done quickly etc. was really helpful with moving in and even help set up the utilities when we moved in and were having problems.

GoogleI would like the whole world to know what an amazing experience I had with Castles. At first switching over from estate agents did make me a bit wiery but I was quickly put to ease from the lovely, kind staff at Castles. Mr Enzo Soylu dealt with finding myself a property to rent which I have fallen in love with. He was a polite, helpful and honest young gentleman that always kept his appointments and ALWAYS answered my calls (which definitely must have been annoying at times). I now have my keys to my new house and am feeling left assured that in the future if I ever did need help with any matter that the staff of Castles would be more than happy to help. Thank you for all your help and patience.

GoogleI've had some terrible renting experiences in London in the past so went into the new house search with low expectations. However, Castles was absolutely wonderful! After dealing with agencies that wouldn't respond to emails or calls I was so grateful when Sertac and the others at Castles responded almost immediately whenever I called or emailed. This service has continued past our house search. Whereas it feels like some agents lose interest in tenants after they've signed a contract, we still feel well taken care of by Castles!

GoogleI’m finding it difficult to write this review, clumsily typing with one hand while the other tightly grips the keys to our new (dream) rental. This predicament is all down to the lovely Craig and Josh at Castles. My past experience as a tenant has taught me to view letting agents with a combination of suspicion, exasperation and a simmering loathing, so it was almost startling to encounter these two kind, friendly, thoroughly decent guys. If our experience so far is anything to go by I’m sure our tenancy will be a very pleasant one indeed. I’ve told them they are welcome to come and cartwheel with us around our home anytime they like.
