Having previously bought a property through Castles, we returned for the recent sale of our home - choosing them out of four agencies that gave valuations - and they also ended up managing the purchase of our new home at the same time. Sandro was unfailingly warm, approachable and down to earth, whilst demonstrating professionalism, dedication and tenacity through thick and thin. Bruno and George went above and beyond their call of duty in relation to the recent sale of my flat. It was a difficult process due to no fault of their own and they always were at the end of a phone or email quickly solving any problems that arose. George kept me updated on a weekly basis which I really appreciated. I don't live local so if anything needed to be done in my absence George dealt with this for me and often at short notice. George kept me informed and in my opinion was worth every penny and were more helpful than my local solicitor. They understood the process and talked me through the various stages. We chose Abraham to sell our house for us as we felt that he was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as being a really friendly and hard working guy; we were not disappointed! Abraham worked tirelessly for us, and, in what became a complicated chain of properties, made sure that everyone was kept in the loop, and generally went above and beyond his remit. In my opinion Stephen Carter is the best agent castles in edmonton have to offer. My personal view on the estate agents as a whole is not good but its also not bad, as in any situation please enter it with your eyes wide open take your time and make the decision thats best for you. That way you will avoid any confusion and Castles will be able to support you as a tenant the best way they can. I will say they are quick to deal with any issues that may arise and they will try thier best to make sure youre comfortable in the property youve rented. Just bare in mind theyre the middle man so they have to make sure you and also your landlord are happy.

In an industry that has a notoriously bad reputation I can say genuinely this was a 5 star experience. I dealt with Abraham from Castles and his knowledge of the area, the house and the clients (both the vendor and us, the buyers) was absolutely impeccable. The experience was not only pleasant and friendly it was professional and extremely efficient. Honestly if i could by more houses I would, sadly i am not able too at this stage, but i can not speak in nice enough words about the whole experience. This is one of the largest choices a family can make in life and to move into a new house with so much happiness and good feelings was the simply the best way it could have happened. I highly recommend the people and agency as a whole. For me Crouch End is all about Castles Estate Agents. Thanks again Abraham and all your team.
