Elena has been kind, patient, honest, and incredibly helpful. She stands out from every other estate agent that I’ve dealt with in my house hunting journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always took the time to answer my questions and guide me through the process. Her communication was great, she responded quickly, kept me updated every step of the way, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel so much easier. I always felt listened to and never pressured. I can't recommend her highly enough and am so grateful for all of her support throughout my home-buying journey. I cannot recommend Abraham highly enough. His knowledge of the Crouch End market is exceptional- he seems to know everyone and every property in the area. We recently sold our family home and bought a flat, both through Castles Crouch End. Abraham, Elena and Colin were extremely professional, efficient, and hugely supportive throughout the process. They were excellent communicators between ourselves and our buyers and sellers. Having lived in Crouch End for almost 40 years, this was by far our best experience of buying and selling our homes and we would not hesitate in recommending them. Abraham is amazing, he went above and beyond. From when we first spoke he knew exactly what we wanted (and probably knew more about what we wanted than us!) and showed us properties we may have overlooked but actually loved! We had an earlier sales process with another Crouch End agent which had fallen over twice due to unforced errors. As we could no longer trust this agency, we contacted our original agency, Castles, to re-market the property. Abraham was our direct contact. Thanks to his help, he not only engaged with the latest buyer to provide an unbiased and impartial view on the severity of the subsidence matter, he also used his legal contacts to secure generalist insurance for the entire building with full subsidence cover at standard rates from a blue-chip insurer. This was accomplished in 3 weeks. He did this for free to help our family as we were in some distress. Tellingly, his alternative would have been to re-market a property he knew well and benefit from the agency fee. In my opinion, that is the agency and agent you should choose to work with in Crouch End.

I couldn't recommend Abraham more highly. His understanding of my needs both in looking for a home and managing the sale of my house in Highgate was outstanding. He has a huge amount of knowledge of Highgate and surrounding areas, with a brilliant grasp of the housing market more broadly. He also is very skilled in managing, what is often, a difficult process to get to exchange. Alongside being a really nice human who genuinely looks to create the best situation for all parties involved.

We had a wonderful experience buying our property through the very experienced Colin from Castle's. The purchase was by no means straightforward and Colin was brilliantly communicative, and was always available on the phone or on email. He organised damp proofing reports, acted as a vital go-between between seller, solicitors and beyond, and helped us push the sale through when we were up against it. Colin's good humour made the whole process painless even when we were pulling our hair out! So there is really no question that Castles do a very good job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them as my estate agents for any sales or purchases in the future.
