We sold our flat through Castles and were really impressed at the level of professionalism, care and energy throughout. Sandro in particular was one of the best agents we dealt with - he is very thoughtful, gracious, considered, worked so hard to get us the best outcome, and he ensured a smooth process throughout. He always went above and beyond in helping us deal with any hiccups and roadblocks in the process, we had the utmost faith in his advice. Castles were our seller's agents in our recent purchase. Sandro did such an excellent job showing us around the very first time we viewed that we fell in love almost immediately, and we cannot thank Abraham enough for all his help getting the transaction over the finish line. Although we were in a chain and had our own agents, when things got stuck in negotiations, it was Castles that came to the table with solutions, and fair concessions.
