We rented a beautiful apartment at Altitude Point, Hornsey, from Castles Crouch End for 6 months this year, only moving out because we had purchased a property, otherwise we would have happily stayed! Castles are one of the best estate agents we've ever dealt with, super professional, friendly and made the whole process really easy. Sandro showed us around the property initially and made the whole process of commencing the tenancy super easy. At the end of our tenancy we dealt with Alex from head office who was really flexible and ensured the check out process was as smooth as possible. There's an old cliché about estate agents - cheap suits, half truths and terrible haircuts. I'm sure these stereotypes still exist, but you won't find them at Castles. From the moment they agree to sell your property, you have an agent who will always take your calls, keep you informed of what's going on - even if it's nothing - and generally make you feel safe in the knowledge that they really are working for you. Right up to the end, and even after that if you need them to be. We needed them to be. The Castles agents are grown-ups, they don't mess you around or keep anything from you. And really, they are always there, holding your hand as you do this big, largely unknown thing that can feel a bit scary at times. Selling your home isn't something you do every day, and if you want to feel confident and taken care of while you're doing it, you won't do better than handing a huge chunk of the aggravation over to Castles. It's like having a friend sell your house (except that you have to pay them at the end).

Having bought my property and subsequently rented it through Sandro at Castles- I can honestly say I'd highly recommend him and the team! When buying, Sandro was always on hand to answer questions, give advice and generally smooth things over when needed. When I decided to rent, I was slightly worried about the price, how to market etc and he put me at ease, stating (boldly in my view) that the flat would rent pretty easily.. true to his word it was rented the very next day for the full asking price. When Sandro says "leave it with me", you should do it blindly. He is a great negotiator and a fantastic human being. The process of finding a new home is a stressful one (especially during a pandemic) but if you are lucky enough to have someone like him working everything out for you... just chill out and let him work his magic.
