Using Castles for my sale and purchase was simply one of the best decisions I’ve made ! I wish l could give more then 5 stars. Abraham, Colin and Sandro are the most knowledgeable agents in the area and have all worked together at Castles Crouch End for 18 years, so there is very little they don’t know about the area or the profession. Importantly they are always quick to respond to any calls, texts or e mails , during what can be a stressful time..l really felt l could relax and trust them to take care of me, which they did. Abraham was highly recommended by neighbours and friends and he didn't disappoint. He sold our house in Crouch End. Both us and the purchasers loved working with him. He went over and beyond what an estate agent usually does and at a competitive fee. He priced our home at exactly the right level and advised us on what (minor) changes we needed to make to the decor before sale. Our sale brochure looked great. We had an offer on our home within a week in a difficult market (during Brexit uncertainty). Abraham project managed from start to finish, anticipating problems, coordinating between all parties (us, our solicitor and the seller), and resolving potential issues (eg boundary and survey) with integrity, tact and professionalism. He is very friendly and kind. He knows everyone (solicitors, surveyors, tradesmen etc): and his happy to recommend the best. He has a great inside knowledge of local properties. If you are thinking of moving, I really recommend Abraham and Castles.

We moved to crouch end over 10 years ago, and it was Sandro of castles who helped with purchasing the property we recently sold. Over this period I have rented the property and now sold the flat, again all with Sandro’s invaluable help. Sandro has always had our best interests at heart and this has shown with his dedication and commitment in finding us the right tenants, and now a buyer for our property. My family have resided in Crouch End for over 60 years and we were sadly faced with selling our family home. A house that had so many treasured memories and was very close to our hearts. Choosing an agent for us was going to be difficult as we required an agent who would be completely connected to our home, who had integrity, professionalism and was equally familiar and connected with the area. I've just sold my house through Castles and I can't praise Abraham highly enough (the other guys are great too). I remember Abraham saying that getting a buyer is the easy thing, what matters is seeing the sale through to exchange, which he promised to do. That has certainly been true in my case, through what proved to be a fairly lengthy hard slog. Abraham was true to his word and was amazing throughout. He's a great communicator (always accessible and responsive, even out of office hours), a pleasure to deal with and - as other reviews have said - went the extra mile, doing a lot of the conveyancing work himself. What else can I add? Except that I can honestly say he's brilliant and I would highly recommend him! I would nominate him for Estate Agent of the Year if I could. We love you Abraham!
