I can't recommend them highly enough! I was concerned about potential major works planned for a property I was interested in, and they went above and beyond to help me get clarity on the situation. They even took the initiative to call the management company on my behalf to get more information and address my concerns. It's rare to come across estate agents who are this proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely willing to help. Their level of care and service is truly exceptional and went far beyond what I would have expected. Really grateful for their support!

Recently sold my Crouch End house through Castles and cannot recommend them more highly. I dealt with a small dedicated team (Abraham and Elena) who answered all correspondence quickly and pushed through a great sale in super quick time. They made a very stressful process seem incredibly stress-free.

I cannot recommend Spencer Todd at Castles highly enough. I spoke to three local estate agents before choosing Spencer to handle the sale of a family member’s property, as part of the probate process. From my first meeting with him, I felt that he understood the circumstances, that I could trust him, and that he would handle the sale with the care and professionalism it required. The property was several hours from where I live, and it was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for me. That first impression proved absolutely right. Spencer brought years of experience, exceptional local market knowledge and excellent communication skills, together with genuine care and sensitivity. I felt completely supported throughout the process. The proceeds of the sale were ultimately being donated to charity, so it was particularly important to achieve the best possible price. Spencer’s expertise and negotiating skills were invaluable in this. Just as importantly, Spencer understood that this was not simply a property sale. He treated the home and its contents, and the final clearance, with great sensitivity and respect. His calm and practical approach made what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel much more manageable. Spencer went above and beyond at every stage. He combines considerable professional experience with something much rarer: genuine care for his clients and the circumstances they may be going through. I am very grateful to Spencer for everything he did and would have no hesitation in recommending him, or Castles, to anyone looking to sell their property.

I first bought a house through Bruno and George 15 years ago so it was an easy choice to work with them again on our recent sale. Not only were they realistic up front about the sale, they have been supportive, friendly and accessible throughout the whole process putting our minds at ease and taking any stress out of the move. You can’t beat the service they provide.

I engaged Abraham Rawat at Castles as an Executor to an estate. He has been invaluable with his knowledge and experience of the area and its properties, in his guidance, advice and excellent communication. He found buyers withing a week and has worked hard to facilitate the selling process. A five star rating for a 5 star service.

Abraham was superb, his patience, experience, local knowledge and very sound advice were indispensable as we collaborated and curated bringing our apartment in Crouch End to the market; and once marketed at the perfectly resolved price, and shown with care and prudence, the sale came promptly and proceeded with ease and minimal stress, which was very much appreciated by us. Take a bow Sir, and well done Castles Crouch End.

We had the absolute joy of having Elena help and guide us through our first ever flat purchase, from our first viewing to getting our keys Elena was absolutely brilliant. She was always happily ready to talk yo us about anything we were worried about (as we had no idea how this worked!) she was kind and friendly and went above and beyond to help us get into our home as quickly as possible. She helped us push solicitors on from both sides and honestly if it wasn’t for her we would have had to wait longer than we could have to move! We are so so grateful and lucky to have had Elena and we will absolutely be using Castles again in the future. Thank you so much Elena for everything you did for us!

We recently sold our house through Castles agents in Edmonton, and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional. A special thank you to Gentian and Stuart, who were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way, were always available to answer questions, and provided reassurance whenever it was needed. I'd also like to thank Jay, who carried out many of the viewings for our property. Having lived in our home for almost 25 years, it was important to us that it was presented well to prospective buyers. Jay did a fantastic job, always being professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was that the team didn't just help us sell our existing home. They also provided invaluable support and guidance with the purchase of our new-build property, helping us navigate what can often be a stressful process. Their advice, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave us real confidence throughout our move. The entire team delivered outstanding customer service and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and support. I would highly recommend Castles Edmonton to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Gentian, Stuart, Jay, and the whole Castles team, for helping our family through such an important milestone.. Sevgi & Family xx

I chose Castles following a recommendation from a friend, and from the very start, our experience has been excellent. I have worked directly with Spencer, who has been incredibly professional throughout. As first-time landlord, it was important for me to work with someone I could trust, and Spencer has kept me informed and supported every step of the way. He has consistently gone above and beyond, and I genuinely feel that he has both our best interests and those of our tenants at heart. The whole experience has given me real confidence and peace of mind. I look forward to continuing our partnership with Castles and Spencer, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
