Castles Estate Agency in London

As a first-time buyer Abraham and Sandro were instrumental in making the process seamless from start to finish, going the extra mile to ensure that the sale went through quickly, despite being the seller’s agent. It’s clear to see why Abraham and his team get so many 5 star reviews; they go above and beyond and accommodate every ask; from ensuring that I could view the property a second and third time (even when they were about to close for the day) to helping me measure up the property when ordering furniture. Abraham was professional, supportive and personable throughout the purchase process, available at any time of the day, quick to respond to enquiries and providing regular updates. His excellent knowledge of the area, his evident love for London, his honesty and willingness to help is what makes his service so unique, Abraham was only too happy to show me around the area and give guidance on how best to settle into the area. I want to personally thank Abraham for making the process straightforward and easy and for providing an amazing service throughout, if you’re looking for an estate agent, you absolutely have to use Abraham and his team!

My family have resided in Crouch End for over 60 years and we were sadly faced with selling our family home. A house that had so many treasured memories and was very close to our hearts. Choosing an agent for us was going to be difficult as we required an agent who would be completely connected to our home, who had integrity, professionalism and was equally familiar and connected with the area. Having vast amount of knowledge and experience with larger houses in particular, was a must. We knew Abraham and his team at Castles (Colin, Sandro & Jan) had longevity in the area just by walking by their office over so many years. We then started doing our own research and speaking with local friends and it quickly became apparent that Castles were the right agent for us. They have continuously sold the majority of the larger houses and had a high market share across all properties. All our friends with a history of dealings, had nothing but praise for them. They have an extensive knowledge of the area are very well respected and liked. Abraham handled our sale from start to finish and was always available at any time. He ensured that the entire process was exceptionally smooth throughout and maintained a calm and professional disposition throughout which further installed our faith and trust in him. He was always charming with a great sense of humour when necessary. I strongly recommend that you contact Abraham and his team at Castles if you are looking to sell or buy. They are head and shoulders above their competition and will not disappoint. Katie

The Castles Palmers Green branch and especially Alexei & James are brilliant, honest, professional and truly good natured people. Their help from start to finish was second to none and I couldn't recommend them and their estate agents highly enough. You can tell that they care, want what's right for you and will try and help in anyway they can. What more can you ask for?

From day one we met Alexei, we knew that we were in safe hands. He's very professional with his work and can give what we were looking for. He got us our dreams home through minimum effort and stress! Actually it was the first day that he took us for viewing, what he told us was "I have got a surprise for you!" and yes it was the first house that we fell in love with!. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a house, you can't go wrong with Alexie and James. Both are nice, friendly and stress free to work with!

Thank you sooooo much Alexei....and all the staff with the help of purchasing out very first home. We previously had a bad experience with a another estate agent because we were first time buyers but i am so glad to say that not all agents are there to take you for a ride, castles understood that we were serious buyers and we were treated as such therefore i must say its a great company with hard working, honest and understanding people providing excellent service We got ourselves A dream house worth waiting for. We made it our own and very happy thank you again Alexi.

Excellent experience working with Max on the purchase of our new house. It wasn't the most straight forward purchase and Max really helped to get it over the line at the crucial time.

David, the branch manager, was friendly and efficient from the start to the end of our flat sale. He was very knowledgable about the local market in E5 and delivered on the valuation which was fair, not overinflated.

After nearly 8 months on the market with another agent without a single offer and minimal viewings and the constant blame of brexit , i approached Castles who gave me some valuable advise as to why my property wasn't selling . I went with Castles and they sold my property within 4 weeks . Thank you so much David and Max and i would only choose to sell with you again . I can now go and retire in peace .

We bought a flat through Castles and we couldn't be happier with their customer Service. We dealt with Max upon viewing the property and he was very reactive to the questions we asked. In addition we dealt with David throughout the buying period. Both David and Max were always quick to respond to correspondence sometimes out of office hours. Thanks Again.

They pretended to have full disclosure on very private information just to show me a property. This is completely unreasonable. And nobody should accept this imposition.
