GoogleWhen we were looking to sell our flat, Abraham came highly recommended by friends who had bought through Castles. We weren't disappointed as he very quickly found us a buyer and was able to negotiate a price higher than all the other valuations we had received. Subsequently, we also purchased our new home through Abraham. He really went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful and professional throughout both sale and purchase. What really impressed me was his extensive knowledge of the area and how many of the local people he knows - both of which were invaluable in finding us the right buyer and the right home. Thank you Abraham and the team at Castles!

GoogleI've always been cynical around estate agents, in my experience they say one thing then don't follow through, but not Jay, he has been one of the most helpful, efficient and transparent estate agents i've ever dealt with, gets things done, good communication and trustworthy. If you use Castles in Edmonton, ask for Jay.

GoogleBig thank you to Abraham, Colin & Sandro for doing a great sales job marketing and selling my mother-in-law's house in Crouch Hill. They found exactly the right sort of buyer for us and on a very timely basis. The whole process went really smoothly - as smoothly as can be expected for a home sale which is never stress free. The gentlemen were thoroughly friendly and professional through out the process, and really put the time in supervising viewings and answering all our queries. And their fees are very reasonable compared with other competitors. Great job! Well done, guys! Could not recommend more highly.

GoogleWe moved to crouch end over 10 years ago, and it was Sandro of castles who helped with purchasing the property we recently sold. Over this period I have rented the property and now sold the flat, again all with Sandro’s invaluable help. Sandro has always had our best interests at heart and this has shown with his dedication and commitment in finding us the right tenants, and now a buyer for our property. During a lengthy negotiation period in selling our property, from offer, through acceptance and to completion Sandro was on hand at any time to help where he could. Our property had been listed with other agents in the area, but honestly the level of service offered by Sandro was unmatched. We have trusted castles and Sandro, and they have never seen us wrong at any point. The communication, support and hence the trust we have put with Sandro is fully justified and I can’t commend him and Castles highly enough.
