David had great knowledge of the local market, and we were very impressed that all three of the guys in the office (David, Max and Josh) knew exactly what was going on with the sale, at all points. Josh also worked very hard at the end, to get it over the line in a situation with a large chain. Much appreciated! We would highly recommend Castles.

GoogleAfter sitting down with four different agents we as a family (myself representing my Granddad) decided to go with Castles. And I must say it was the best decision we made! Being first timers in selling and buying we first met David who was a true gent - honest, informative and patient. He assured us with everything he could and would do and he delivered on it all. Even going out of his way to help us find a property in our chosen area in which he had extensive knowledge on. Along with David, Josh was a superb agent when it came to communicating with myself on clients viewing our home. And then there was Max, who communicated with myself in a way I couldn't have asked for more. Every doubt or question we had as a family he answered. Every text or call he responded instantly! He kept us up-to-date with everything and never left us in the dark when it came to the negotiating and collaborating with our final buyer. He like David, even went out of his way to help us with the home we was purchasing by representing us with the agent - which really he didn't have to do as it wasn't part of his job to. But being a gent, he did, and now my Granddad is downsizing into a lovely home he and the whole family adore. I can't thank them enough. Honestly, we was a little nervous at first with whoever we went with but the team at Castles eased those nerves and delivered! For those doing it for a relative (an elderly especially who can be anxious a lot of them time) these guys are the agents to use! They will have yourself or a relative smiling with happiness when all is done.

GoogleJames at Castles helped me sell my house. Other agents came in at higher prices but he was realistic and had a good idea of how to get lots of people in to view. We were told to go out on the first Saturday as they had viewings from 10am until nearly 3pm with people showing up every 15 minutes. We then had 4 offers and we were able to choose the right buyers for us. We got a better price than we originally thought. Thank you again. Alexei and Jay were helpful as well.

GoogleWe found our first home with Castles and couldn't be more delighted! We looked at many properties with different agents and found the people at Castles really down to earth and always friendly. We got a good vibe from Josh on our first viewing with him. He seemed to have a true grasp of what we were looking for and was always great at contacting us about properties that fitted our criteria, without bombarding us with unsuitable places (like some other estate agents seemed to do). We found Josh really easy to get on with and he had a genuine care to help us find the right home, and was never pushy. Josh and David at Castles went above and beyond to do everything they could to get us into our new home in less than three months, from getting our offer accepted to completion. They were even on hand after we had moved in to help answer some questions we had! We would highly recommend speaking to Josh and David at Castles if you are looking for a new home.

We have never come across a group of sales' agents that cared so much about our custom, as well as our satisfaction. GoogleI bought my new home at the end of last year and I am very pleased that it was Castles who sold it to me. Right from walking in through their front door for the first time, the service was excellent. Josh showed me the house and his positive, friendly, can do attitude was evident immediately. They manage to walk the fine between making their customers feel like the process is relaxed and easy going, but at the same time being really on top of any issues that arise and getting them resolved quickly and efficiently. David in the office provided fantastic assistance when those inevitable house buying problems arose. He went above and beyond to make sure the sale was completed as quickly as possible. GoogleI have now bought or sold 3 properties with Abraham and the team at Castles and they are seriously impressive - I would not buy or sell through anyone else. Abraham is the consummate professional. His geographical and market/sector knowledge are unparalleled and he is a ferocious negotiator. On the latest disposal Abraham was able to achieve a price which was well beyond our wildest expectations, even in an extremely challenging market. Abraham in on hand at every stage of the process, from marketing the property, to valuation issues and has an impressive ability to keep even the most complicated chains together in order to achieve a successful completion. Abraham achieves all this while being an absolute pleasure to deal with - Abraham has become a not only a valued and trusted adviser to me but also a friend for life. Frankly, in you are selling a property in Crouch End or the surrounding area, you would be a fool to use anyone else.
