GoogleCan’t fault them. Really quick to respond to calls and emails. They did a great a job on a complicated sale where the vendors had inherited the property but were living abroad in various different countries. Speak to Josh if possible, I’d highly recommend him.

GoogleWe are very happy with the service we received from Castles. Max worked consistently to get our house purchase through, even making visits to the vendor to help with their side of things. He ensured that relations between the two parties flowed and remained positive. I was initially reluctant to view this property, but Max gently persisted. We now have a house in the area we wanted, and within our ideal time-frame. Max was easy to get hold of on the phone. All the staff at Castles were lovely and straightforward to deal with.

Hence now we have our lovely home thanks to Sandro and the team, such lovely guys all deeply warm thank you to all the support and giving us a warmth of a family. GoogleDO NOT USE!! FAKE REVIEWS! Had an absolute nightmare with castles. Not only are the completely crooked they will lie and deceive both buyers and sellers. Offer was “accepted” only to later find out that we were being lined up behind other buyers.. seller had no idea who we were!! COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. In particular BRUNO is an absolute disgrace of a human being.

GoogleDO NOT USE! Experienced first hand one of those horror stories you only hope to hear about when trying to buy a flat with Bruno from castles. Offer accepted, and then fobbed off for 3 weeks whilst he courted cash and other buyers, finally resulting in lies to cover himself and myself losing the property and the vendor presumably having to accept a lower cash offer. Literally the reason why the property market is the way it is, with crooks like this. BUYERS BEWARE!

GoogleA big thank you to George, Bruno & the team for all their efforts in selling our property. Castles managed to find a buyer in less than a week and we completed less than 3 months later. Bruno kept us informed of progress every step of the way and was able to liaise with our buyers, the other estate agent & Solicitors seemingly effortlessly. Highly recommend Castles N15 for anyone buying or selling in this locality & surrounding areas!!

GoogleOver the years we have bought and sold through various estate agents. Hand on heart the most outstanding is Castles on West Green Road in Tottenham. When George the Manager came to us he was clear he would sell our house quickly. Then it was left to Bruno to efficiently and effectively market it. Bruno has been from the start a thorough professional..He has the smile, the passion and the continuing interest to ensure that we were comfortable and well informed throughout. Thoroughly impressed. And most important of all , the peace of mind that Castles will do the business. To market it at the right price. Their promise is to bring in the viewers . And they do.. They did. GoogleI placed a property on the market with Castles having had 3 valuations from local agents. George provided me with what I considered to be the right valuation for the property and 10 weeks later it was sold for the asking price. Castles have a realistic approach and delivered the service I was promised and expected. Simple and easy communication also made the process stress free.

GoogleWe walked in to the Castles office just over 2 months ago and spoke to George about buying a house. We since dealt with both George and Bruno and in under 8 weeks since getting our offer accepted, we reached completion and are now home owners. The service we received was exceptional and the process could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend Castles services and would definitely deal with them again.

GoogleWell we completed yesterday I can’t say thank you enough to George and Bruno at Castles. They sold our apartment we had 3 offers and got us the asking price, then found us our ideal family home of which we moved in to yesterday thanks again guys 5 star.
