GoogleI would very much like to compliment James and his team on the strategy they all implemented on selling my unique property. They super seeded my expectations and achieved a price and sale quicker than expected. It showed their experience and wealth of knowledge and confirmed to me that they are not just another Estate Agent. They are heads and above any estate agent I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them.

GoogleHaving met a couple of cowboys masquerading as reputable estate agents in Edmonton which I will not name here (please be careful) , Craig Tiller of Castles was a breath of fresh air. Professional and punctual from the outset, he answered all of my questions, as I was a first time landlord, and guided me effortlessly through the process whilst also achieving the optimum monthly rental amount. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and Castles and would warn others to be careful when selecting an agent from the Edmonton area. Biggest is not always best! I chose the full service package as I wanted and trusted Castles to look after the property whilst I was out of the country. Huge thanks to Craig and the team at Castles for finding me very good tenants within about 2 or 3 days of instructing them and before the property was even advertised.

GoogleUnfortunately I had to deal with them as a buyer. Appalling attitude from the agent James. Totally unprofessional, acting like a little spoiled brat. Even my solicitor had to put him in the right place.

GoogleGreat communication by all members of staff, give an honest achievable price, josh in sales was very helpful and friendly, as was the manager David, i had to dismiss a couple of other agents before castles and it was a good choice, marketed to completion took around 3 months which given the circumstances was pretty good

GoogleUsing Castles for my sale and purchase was simply one of the best decisions I’ve made ! I wish l could give more then 5 stars. Abraham, Colin and Sandro are the most knowledgeable agents in the area and have all worked together at Castles Crouch End for 18 years, so there is very little they don’t know about the area or the profession. Importantly they are always quick to respond to any calls, texts or e mails , during what can be a stressful time..l really felt l could relax and trust them to take care of me, which they did. They are dedicated ,friendly ,efficient and highly professional. The dream team . I mostly dealt with Abraham on my sale and purchase ... he was so brilliant that I re -named him Mr Wonderful. I think that says it all.

John was always on hand to assist in every aspect, and went above and beyond in allowing access to measure up, always answered queries in a timely fashion and really showed compassion - something that we have not always seen in other agents. James was also great in ensuring the lines of communication were open, deadlines were met and generally doing his utmost to ensure completion took place as best as scheduled. I would most definitely recommend!

GoogleCastles get the balance right between professionalism and being friendly. As they are relatively small, you get a consistent experience and don't get handed from pillar to post. All of the staff are very approachable and are good at driving the process forward and communicating. Not only would I recommend them again, I have already recommended them again!

GoogleAbraham was highly recommended by neighbours and friends and he didn't disappoint. He sold our house in Crouch End. Both us and the purchasers loved working with him. He went over and beyond what an estate agent usually does and at a competitive fee. He priced our home at exactly the right level and advised us on what (minor) changes we needed to make to the decor before sale. Our sale brochure looked great. We had an offer on our home within a week in a difficult market (during Brexit uncertainty). Abraham project managed from start to finish, anticipating problems, coordinating between all parties (us, our solicitor and the seller), and resolving potential issues (eg boundary and survey) with integrity, tact and professionalism. He is very friendly and kind. He knows everyone (solicitors, surveyors, tradesmen etc): and his happy to recommend the best. He has a great inside knowledge of local properties. If you are thinking of moving, I really recommend Abraham and Castles.

GoogleDavid, Max and all the Castles team in Clapton are friendly and helpful and definitely not your stereotypical estate agents. From the beginning of the process of selling our home there was no pressure just honest advice. They found us a reliable buyer who was patient whilst we found a new home for our young family. We would recommend them to friends and use them again ourselves in the future.
