GoogleI bought a house via Sandro at Castles and throughout the process they have been friendly, approachable and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have always responded to questions and enquiries quickly and went above and beyond to get the chain moving, ringing around to sellers and solicitors to iron out problems. When Sandro was away Abraham stepped in and had all the relevant knowledge on the sale to keep things going. It has made what could have been a very stressful move that much more pleasant. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe moved to crouch end over 10 years ago, and it was Sandro of castles who helped with purchasing the property we recently sold. Over this period I have rented the property and now sold the flat, again all with Sandro’s invaluable help. Sandro has always had our best interests at heart and this has shown with his dedication and commitment in finding us the right tenants, and now a buyer for our property. During a lengthy negotiation period in selling our property, from offer, through acceptance and to completion Sandro was on hand at any time to help where he could. Our property had been listed with other agents in the area, but honestly the level of service offered by Sandro was unmatched. We have trusted castles and Sandro, and they have never seen us wrong at any point. The communication, support and hence the trust we have put with Sandro is fully justified and I can’t commend him and Castles highly enough.

Whilst the property market has dipped, they managed to find a buyer within 2 weeks of marketing. Abraham is a brilliant negotiator, we cannot recommend him highly enough. They came highly recommended by many friends of ours and are definitely the go to team when it comes to buying or selling in and around Crouch End. Abraham has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our time in the area; giving us sound advice as we prepared for a basement conversion, marketing the property at a competitive yet achievable price and ensuring we get the house ready for potential buyers. The whole team worked really hard to bring lots of potential buyers to our door and have worked with us throughout the whole sales process to ensure everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend the whole Castles team. Warm, friendly and efficient, they are definitely the best estate agents in the area!

GoogleWe would like to say big thank you for Estate agent CREIG and SERTAG for their effort and support with research of new property for us. Our agent CREIG was keeping touch if any property was meeting our criteria and offer us viewings. Important thing... pictures of property on Castle website meet reality. Conditions of houses are good or very good. Fees are not too high. Most of agencies using enlarges size pictures to hunt people for viewing. They wasted our time to reach place and disappointed us about fake size or condition of the properties. Some of agencies showing perfect condition house and on place you see fungus, or sink and shower in the room :( etc. Some of agencies using fake cheap property advertisement just persuade people to make a phone call and to hear "unfortunately this is not available however we ha w sth different to meet your criteria" of course more expensive...Also most of agencies try finish all your money as they fees and renewal contract are enormous. We finally found house from different sources however if we wouldn't we would definitely go for Castle. We are highly recommend this Castle branch. Especially our agent CREIG. Those people will support you to find good property. We will recommend your brand to others. Thank you for your time and help :) Kate and Family

Was very professional, I believed I could trust his abilities and he took all the worries and complications out of the process. Sertac did the majority of viewings and secured us a tenant in only a few days. He has been great at keeping us up to date and his communication skills have been exceptional as always available to answer any questions and notify us of anything we needed to do. GoogleWe were the Buyers in this transaction but Stuart, Mikhael and the team really looked after us as part of the great service they delivered. Even before we put an offer in on the house we eventually bought they took a real interest in showing us around their properties and wanting to know what we were looking for, ready to advise. I would even go as far as to say that Stuart kept our (and our Sellers) hopes alive with his positivity and expert knowledge regarding options when we thought the transaction would collapse as we hit on some snags/delays in the process. We got there in the end and we're very grateful. Thanks so much team Castles!

GoogleMy property was rented out through Castles Lettings for four and a half years and I found them helpful and professional and able to deal with any problems that arose. Alex was the person I had most contact with through this process and I appreciated his consistency and patience in the midst of his busy schedule and many responsibilities. It was also helpful to have Castles Maintenance look into the need for repairs when issues came up and provide information about what was required and the cost involved. As a result of my experience, I would highly recommend Castles to both landlords and tenants.

GoogleHaving met a couple of cowboys masquerading as reputable estate agents in Edmonton which I will not name here (please be careful) , Craig Tiller of Castles was a breath of fresh air. Professional and punctual from the outset, he answered all of my questions, as I was a first time landlord, and guided me effortlessly through the process whilst also achieving the optimum monthly rental amount. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and Castles and would warn others to be careful when selecting an agent from the Edmonton area. Biggest is not always best! I chose the full service package as I wanted and trusted Castles to look after the property whilst I was out of the country. Huge thanks to Craig and the team at Castles for finding me very good tenants within about 2 or 3 days of instructing them and before the property was even advertised.
