Absolutely horrible and rude agency.
All the estate agents have just been ignoring me constantly from this Agency. I have tryed calling and applying for properties multiple times and all I am being told is somebody will contact me back and nobody ever does as soon as they hear 'Benefits'.
I feel like I am constantly being discriminated as a single mother with a child that has to rely on public funds.
I am not second class citizens! I am a humans too and we have a human right to have a decent roof under our heads too without being judged or discriminated.
Every person circumstance should be looked at individually, not all tenants on benefits should be put in the same category!
Worst Agency I have came across.

GoogleWe have just completed on the purchase of our first property, and we are extremely happy with the service Castles provided.
Over the last 12 months we have viewed over a dozen different properties with several different agencies. With other agencies, we often felt pressured to get it done as quickly as possible, but with Castles we never felt rushed at all. Both Max and Josh were friendly and informative while also giving us space and time to make the most of our viewings. They also never made us feel like we were being a hassle when we went back for second (and third and fourth!) viewings.
Max was brilliant at getting an idea of what type of property we were after, and managed to pick out some properties we loved, that we hadn't spotted in our searches. He also never pressured us to view somewhere we didn't like/couldn't afford (something most the other agencies seem to do).
We have Max to thank for finding the flat we finally had an offer accepted on- getting us in before it had gone on the market. He really nailed what we were looking for.
Throughout the buying process, he was communicate and easy to get hold of. One thing we were hugely grateful of was his honesty when answering questions about the property. If he didn't know the answer, he was open about it and would quickly find out. This was a refreshing change from other experiences elsewhere, where we often felt we were being "blagged".
We'd like to thank Max and Castles for all their help in getting our foot on the ladder. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleWhen Sandro says "leave it with me", you should do it blindly. He is a great negotiator and a fantastic human being. The process of finding a new home is a stressful one (especially during a pandemic) but if you are lucky enough to have someone like him working everything out for you... just chill out and let him work his magic. I came from very bad experiences and the lockdown situation didn't help so I was kind of anxious. Sandro took care of everything for me, and he provided me with everything I've asked for. Couldn't believe it. He is the man!

It's been a real pleasure to work with this estate agency, the team are always polite and genuinely want to find you the perfect home.
My experience with them has spanned over decades and whether or not I have been an active customer, they have always been friendly, responsive and happy to help. I have purposely mentioned they want to find you the perfect home as I have never been forced to view or purchase a property that wasn't right for me. They've listened and seemed to know instinctively what I was looking for and then delivered. Throughout each sale they have been supportive and have made the process seamless and straight forward, which is priceless as it can be a very stressful process.
This is why after so many years I still believe their customer service is excellent is exemplary.
