GoogleWhat a pleasure to do business with Castles Palmers Green! Both Ben and James were very helpful from start to finish. Buying is a worrying process but their experience and approach was very clear and professional. The regular updates plus answering all my queries (including those silly little niggles that keep you awake at night!) were very reassuring. GoogleWe bought our house from Abraham at Castles just over 10 years ago, and have recently sold the same property through him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abraham and the service he and all the staff at Castles provide. Incredibly professional, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable, we felt we could trust Abraham completely with our sale. His knowledge of the local housing market is second to none. Honestly I would not consider using any estate agent other than Abraham and his team if you're considering selling in Crouch End - he has given us fantastic advice along the way and is also just a genuinely nice person to work with. GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure working with David, Max and the team at Castles Hackney. David and Max were friendly and always at the other end of the phone whenever you needed them, they possessed very good knowledge of the property market both local and beyond; taking time to understand our needs and concerns. They demonstrated empathy at all times and they almost became part of the family during the process whilst maintaining their professionalism; a balance which must have been hard to strike given they were working with so many variables in addition to the circumstances surrounding the global pandemic I cannot thank them enough for their support and professionalism throughout. And despite all the odds we successfully exchanged and completed on the sale as well as a purchase simultaneously. David has exceptional people's skills as well as in diplomacy which were both required at various points during very difficult negotiations and conversations between seller and buyer. He was able to appease both parties and still safeguard the sale at points where negotiations could have gotten tricky. With Castles you are not just getting an excellent service, you are also getting a really lovely team of professionals who will seal the deal for you and you will want to stay in touch with them well after the process. They are not just Estate Agents they are trusted guardians of your property and property matters and have a wonderful and caring way of dealing people. He went out of his way to listen to what we wanted and select the perfect options for us. Then he was super responsive and gave great advice throughout the buying process. It was our first purchase and we were lucky to have someone so committed to providing good service walk us through it. We are incredibly grateful to him for all his help. GoogleWe have now bought two houses and sold one house through Abraham at Castles and that’s possibly the best review I can give. He understands what we want sometimes before we do. I’ve also never heard my mortgage adviser rave about someone so much. When you walk into an estate agents you are not usually looking for a friend (if anything I’d usually have my guard up) but we found one in Abraham and he’s always done such a fantastic job, he is extremely professional and will go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for.

GoogleWe have just had a fantastic experience purchasing our future family home in Crouch End with Abraham at Castles. With buying a home being such an emotional and financial minefield, knowing that you are working with an agent you can trust and collaborate with is critical. Abraham was professional, very responsive and an expert on the local area and amenities. From our first viewing we were able to trust him with our (multiple!) questions and felt confident that he was representing us and the seller in the best way possible. Throughout the transaction Abraham has been a great middle man between buyer and seller and also knows when to allow the solicitors to do their bits! Many thanks! Georgina and Gavin

GoogleI have recently Let my property through Castles Letting Agents in Edmonton. What an amazing service I have received from the start! They are managing the whole Tenancy for me. Alex Philippou, the Lettings Manager, has dealt with my matter with the utmost professionalism and care. He has always been there to answer any questions, or to advise where necessary. I can't recommend Alex and Castles enough if you wish to Rent out your property. It was all new territory to me, but with his help I have sailed through. I would also mention David Edgar with whom I had initial contact, who has also been very helpful and informative. A great team!

GoogleBig thank you to Abraham, Colin & Sandro for doing a great sales job marketing and selling my mother-in-law's house in Crouch Hill. They found exactly the right sort of buyer for us and on a very timely basis. The whole process went really smoothly - as smoothly as can be expected for a home sale which is never stress free. The gentlemen were thoroughly friendly and professional through out the process, and really put the time in supervising viewings and answering all our queries. And their fees are very reasonable compared with other competitors. Great job! Well done, guys! Could not recommend more highly.

GoogleHaving bought my property and subsequently rented it through Sandro at Castles- I can honestly say I'd highly recommend him and the team! When buying, Sandro was always on hand to answer questions, give advice and generally smooth things over when needed. When I decided to rent, I was slightly worried about the price, how to market etc and he put me at ease, stating (boldly in my view) that the flat would rent pretty easily.. true to his word it was rented the very next day for the full asking price. Sandro has gone above and beyond during both processes, and I can only heap praise on him! If you are looking to buy sell or rent in the area- speak to Sandro, he will look after you.

They came highly recommended by many friends of ours and are definitely the go to team when it comes to buying or selling in and around Crouch End. Abraham has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our time in the area; giving us sound advice as we prepared for a basement conversion, marketing the property at a competitive yet achievable price and ensuring we get the house ready for potential buyers. The whole team worked really hard to bring lots of potential buyers to our door and have worked with us throughout the whole sales process to ensure everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend the whole Castles team. Warm, friendly and efficient, they are definitely the best estate agents in the area!
