I bought my new home at the end of last year and I am very pleased that it was Castles who sold it to me. Right from walking in through their front door for the first time, the service was excellent. Josh showed me the house and his positive, friendly, can do attitude was evident immediately. They manage to walk the fine between making their customers feel like the process is relaxed and easy going, but at the same time being really on top of any issues that arise and getting them resolved quickly and efficiently. David in the office provided fantastic assistance when those inevitable house buying problems arose. He went above and beyond to make sure the sale was completed as quickly as possible. Thank you David and Josh.

My sale just completed. Second time I've used this branch. David, Max and Josh are an amazing team. They don't set your expectations running wild like other agents will try. They're honest about pricing, give you proper feedback, and are always on hand at short notice. Don't bother wasting your time with agents who bamboozle you to get your business at inflated asking prices which will delay your sale. If you want to sell, listen to David. Highly recommended estate agency. Thanks chaps :)

We recently sold our flat in Clapton (amidst the pandemic) and had a really positive experience with Castles. David came round to value our flat and stayed close throughout. We had one buyer fall through (no fault of theirs) but David and josh were super proactive and got us another buyer for asking price within a couple of weeks. David in particular was so proactive throughout, reassuring us when the buyers solicitor was taking longer than expected, and with so many unforseen issues such as the EWS1 reports and Hackney Council experiencing a cyber attack and not being able to complete the searches. Thanks to David and the team for their dilligence, honesty and transparency throughout.

Castles Hackney are an excellent set of estate agents. They are honest, straightforward and wonderful to deal with. They are always willing to listen, answer questions and help. Max, David and Josh are all fantastic. Unlike so many estate agents, you feel like you can trust them and what they say. Fantastic service, selling/buying property is a very stressful time, but not only did Castles find us the ideal property they were responsive and extremely helpful during the entire process. Particularly when we hit some complex issues with our sale they were supportive and invaluable at aiding the communication channels between all parties. I hghly recommend them.

It has been 4 years now that I rented a property through Castles Estate Agents. From the first appointment with Sandro they were efficient and professional throughout the entire renting process. A month ago I had to leave my flat and Alex from the Edmonton office took over and made the entire process smooth. I have always felt that the agency represented me in the best possible way. Without any second thought if I had to rent again, Castles Estate Agents would be my first option.

We were originally recommended by our friends to use Abraham at Castles based on their own positive experience a few years previously. Having now recently sold our own house through Abraham, we can't recommend him and the firm highly enough. He is a highly proactive, hardworking agent who has an extensive knowledge of the local market. The whole process was managed efficiently and professionally throughout. If I could give 6 stars I would! We have just bought and sold through Abraham at Castles and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He is straightforward, honest, super efficient and utterly professional. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Every request was dealt with quickly and always with good humour. He is a Prince among Estate Agents making a tricky, complicated, emotional process, smooth and relatively easy. Castles is in a class of its own.
