We were very happy with Castles. They did a fantastic job selling the house but more importantly were incredibly helpful when problems arose in the chain and managed to get everything arranged so that the transactions could go ahead. If we'd had to do it ourselves it would have been a nightmare so they definitely earned their commisson and I have recommend them to our friends.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would just like to say a big thank you to the Lettings Team at Castles, Edmonton; with special thanks to Oliver Webster, who helped me secure a property for my parents. Oliver guided us through the process from start to finish and was available to answer and deal with any queries that we had. Nothing is too much for Oliver! I would have no hesitation in recommending him and the team at Castles, Edmonton.

Buying our first flat a few years ago wasn't the best experience with Castles in Crouch end. Granted, they sold it on behalf of their real clients, the seller, but it really felt like it throughout the process, that they were working only for the seller's interest. I bitterly remember that Sandro misled us, saying the garden summerhouse had electricity when that was not the case as we found out after moving in. We didn't check it further since there was computers and lights in there, assuming it was properly wired. As it turned out, it was only powered by an extension lead, no sockets whatsoever. If that wasn't intentional, that was poor advice and knowledge of the place he was selling to us. When I brought it up afterwards, I wasn't met with the best of honesty nor apology. I made sure I didn't sell with them when I eventually did, a few years later.NegativeProfessionalism

Sandro Pappalardo and his colleagues in the Crouch End office have done an amazing job for us, working really hard to ensure the flat was in excellent condition before it went on the market, vet all potential purchasers, escort them to the flat, respond to all their queries, help us identify the proceedable buyers, and then diigently chase both sets of solicitors so that the sale was completed as quickly as possible. I have no hesitation in offering them the highest recommendation, and would certainly want to work with this great team again should I buy or sell another property. It is so reassuring to be able to completely trust a team of ethical professionals who have my best interests at heart, and whose advice is based on many years of experience. If you need a fantastic team behind you when you sell your own property, you need look no further than Castles.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We would never have been able to buy our flat if we hadn't crossed roads with Sandro. The day we got in touch with him, the journey to find the flat of our dreams finally came to an end. His passion, experience, dedication and kindness were priceless through out the process. He has been a real trusted advisor, available at any time of the day or night. And for this we are extremely grateful to him. One thing is certain, for our futur projects there is only one team we'll call : The Castles and more precisely Sandro. Thank you so much for everything Sandro. Marc & JessicaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Abraham and his team in Crouch End have an unparalleled knowledge of the local area, I would guess there isn't a house that they haven't seen. He works hard to close the deal, and as a buyer, I felt like he did a great job of making both us and the vendor feel like the client. Would not hesitate to recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We worked with Abraham on the purchase of an off-market property in Crouch End. I can wholeheartedly and unconditionally recommend him for his dedication, his unparalleled knowledge of the local area, and his outstanding tenacity. Without him, I doubt we would have been able to get the purchase over the line. If we ever sell the property he will be top of our list of people to call! Thank You.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We rented a beautiful apartment at Altitude Point, Hornsey, from Castles Crouch End for 6 months this year, only moving out because we had purchased a property, otherwise we would have happily stayed! Castles are one of the best estate agents we've ever dealt with, super professional, friendly and made the whole process really easy. Sandro showed us around the property initially and made the whole process of commencing the tenancy super easy. At the end of our tenancy we dealt with Alex from head office who was really flexible and ensured the check out process was as smooth as possible. They say divorce and moving home are two of the most stressful situations one can experience in life (after death of a loved one). When going through both simultaneously, I found no better comfort than the sensitivity and professionalism of Abraham for support and attentiveness to the whole situation. The sale of my family home (a sale that followed three others in the past with Abraham) was done with ease and beyond expectations. The purchase of my new home now, again after purchasing several homes with Abraham in the past, was again done smoothly and with support of/in line with my divorce. I have no hesitation in recommending Abraham to others (who have gone with my advice and been more than satisfied) and I will continue using him in all my property matters. Thank you Abe.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have just sold our home through Abraham and he was, at all stages, first class in the way that he handled the transaction. He knows the Crouch End market inside out and is very responsive and commercial in the way that he handles both people and transactions. He will do what it takes to get the deal done and ensure all parties are happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Abraham if you are thinking of selling your property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We've had a very positive experience selling our property with Abraham and the team this summer. Abraham's knowledge of the market and subsequent advice steered us towards a quick sale at an excellent price. In all dealings I have found Abraham to be honest and straightforward without the Estate Agent 'patter' that can be common place with other agents. He also drove all parties supportively to a quick exchange and was incredibly easy to work with throughout. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The sales team at Castles have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local Crouch End area. And no-one knows the landscape of the local property market quite like Abraham. Over the years we have known him, he has always been the go-to agent. He develops long and loyal relationships with buyers and sellers alike, and always provides straight, honest and clear advice. We're thrilled with our new home and the service him and his team have provided. Jason & JuliePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The quick sale of our flat during Covid-19 was made possible by David Sipple @Castles whose professionalism and efficiency made a difficult process as straight forward as possible. From his initial advice on what we needed to renovate, to make the flat more attractive to sell as quickly as possible, to managing a 'non-straight' forward sale to completion was commendable. Topped with a personal approach, (David really does care), to always going the extra mile we would recommend David to anyone looking to get the most out of their sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
