GoogleI chose Castles for the sale of our property because they were already handling the management and we needed them to instigate a break cause in the current lease and arrange for the existing tenant to move elsewhere so that we could sell with vacant possession. Castles dealt with the sale efficiently and quickly. Great staff and a very satisfied client!

GoogleWe mandated Abraham Rawat from Castles to sell our home. We had a great experience all around with Abraham. His pitch was direct and his valuation strategy ended up creating bidding leverage in our process that got the value where we aimed to sell on the outset. His fee quote was competitive and not artificially high to see what he could get away with. Abraham and Castles have great flow in the Crouch End, Highgate area. We also managed to purchase our next property through Castles and found a house that we were very happy with. We had a great experience getting through exchanging in the chain that was created and Abraham did a great job in managing the buyers and sellers in the process. Keeping things efficient and navigating the personal complexities that often come with such processes. We would recommend Abraham to anyone selling there house in the area.

GoogleI recently visited a lot of letting agents recently as i was searching for a property to rent and was very sure that it would be very difficult for me as my rent is covered by dss. After visiting and leaving my details with many agents i had no joy or had to keep chasing agents my self to get updates. Then finally my last stop was castles edmonton where i was greeting by alex. Alex was very proffessional extremely friendly. He took my details and and made notes of what i was looking for and where. Witin that week he arrengeged a viewing for me for a wonderful property that i was really happy with and made regular contact with me with updates totally made the process of contacting the council and sorting the deposit out very simple and easy. We have been in the property a month now and extremely happy. Thank you alex Castle is a definant recomendation from me to all.

GoogleWe decided to use Castles Estate Agents - Edmonton to sell our home. The service from preparing the house for viewing to getting an offer was very well handled professionally. Despite a few issues which weren't their fault, my wife and myself were very pleased with the overall sales process. Our thanks goes to Mr Gentian Morina and the branch manager Mr Stuart Gray.

GoogleI recently rented a flat with Castles and from the first connection to last check out meeting, the conduct was professional, friendly, fair and respectful. I always received prompt replies to my little and bigger concerns and all were taken care immediately. This is an agency i would want to rent or buy again in future! Special thanks to Oliver for making the renting and check out smooth and Castles maintenance team.

GoogleI enquired about 1 property back in 2018 which I did not even view. Since then I have received a DAILY bombardment of useless spam messages despite asking REPEATEDLY to have my details removed from the mailing list. I have emailed Castles head office on a number of different occasions with ZERO acknowledgement of my request. The email links do not even have a 'unsubscribe' option so I have had no choice but to be HARRASSED by this company for the past 2 or so years. I will be making a complaint the the ICO. Edit to add response to your shi**y reply: Firstly, the email address you keep spamming is not linked to my gmail account so no you wouldn’t be able to find me on your database based off of this review. Secondly No I haven’t left a review for the wrong place because your emails have a link to This website and this website links to this Google review page. So no, I’m not mistaken. Happy to post screenshots of the 300+ emails I have been sent from the email address LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE
Thank you for your email you must have the wrong agent as your not even on our data base. All customers that ask to be removed are done so there and then.

GoogleGeorge and Bruno at Castles in Tottenham were so helpful throughout the whole house sale. It took months for the sale to go through but they pursued it right to the end. After the first time it fell through, they were back to work and we were under offer again within days. The sale needed constant attention, right up to completion at 5pm. I was so pleased to hear from George when the sale finally went through. Thanks so much for everything. I would highly recommend Castles in Tottenham.

GoogleCastles were really great to work with. I used them to sell my flat and they are very efficient and easy to contact. There is always someone in the office who can respond to questions and they act fast and efficiently. GoogleI bought the property through Castles and was so pleased with the care and attention I received as a purchaser I went straight back to Bruno Pinto when I wished to sell. Bruno has been a very attentive friendly and constructive support throughout this process. I have appreciated his keep in touch calls and his good professional advice. Unlike my experience with other estate agents I have always felt he was interested and involved! He certainly worked very hard on my behalf to secure a sale at a difficult time. I have already recommended Bruno and Castles to other purchasers.

GoogleExcellent service all round. I had the pleasure of acquiring services from Castle, Tottenham. From my first meeting with George I was met with a great feeling of positivity, made to feel really welcome. Throughout my time dealing with Castle's I was always provided with a high level of service. Communications were always to a high standard and Bruno made the whole process easy and friendly. I would definitely recommend their services and in general as a whole I will be referring all family and friends to Castles in the future.

I can't compliment George and Bruno enough on their work, professionalism, levels of communication and thoroughness throughout the (complicated, in this case!) sale of our property. They have been supportive throughout, always ready to lend a helping hand and facilitate the process in any way they could. This is our second property sale with them and I can't thank them enough in both cases. If you have a house to sell, don't think twice!

Jay Yildirim and James Mulvee were courteous, professional, honest, informative and made the whole process of selling the house worry free, right from the time I placed the property with them right up until completion. GoogleCastles provided an excellent service from start to finish on the sale of my property. The valuation was accurate and I was satisfied with the final asking price. Jay Yildrim handled the selling process professionally and in a very timely fashion, while Onofrio Tona (whom I have known and dealt with for some years in buying and selling property) kept me up to speed with regards to timescales i.e when the buyer had his survey completed and finance in place. All in all Castles were very professional!
