GoogleCastles were exceptional every step of the way in my home purchase, even though I had to pull out in the end due to major issues with solicitors on both sides.
Ela was always responsive and positive, and extremely helpful in negotiating with the vendors, getting me access to the property when showing surveyors and builders, communicating with solicitors (despite them being very unresponsive) and giving insights on the steps of the buying process.
Josh was always on hand to step in for major points like price renegotiation and gave a balanced and fair view of things to both sides.
Overall, I would certainly recommend Castles and it is a shame things didn’t work out in my particular case.
