GoogleI’ve been thoroughly impressed with the team at Castles Palmers Green. I was buying a property through them, Sergio has been professional throughout, he was always on top of the process, accommodating and checked in regularly in a respectful manner to make sure things were moving along, and did what he can to help. Like most people, my past experiences with estate agents have not been the great, but the Castles team has certainly shown me that there are decent ones out there. They vetted my offer carefully (in a lot more detail than others), and you can tell they genuinely wanted to complete the sale as quickly as possible. Next time I need to sell a property, I’d definitely have Castles as one of my top picks.

GoogleWould highly recommend the Crouch End Castles team. We first met Abraham when listing our property for sale in the summer of 2021 on one of the hottest days of the year - though you could not tell by his 3 piece suit! He was professional but with a very understanding and human approach which I warmed to from the outset. HIs knowledge of the local area and properties is likely second to none. Abraham and Colin were both incredibly helpful in securing the sale of our flat and efficient at managing the buyers queries. After the purchase of a flat with an alternate agent fell through, Abraham quickly found a suitable property for me to stay locally and managed the upward chain and associated solicitors to ensure timely exchange and completion. I would not hesitate to recommend the team and will definitely use them for future property sales/purchases.

We agreed a good target price with them , which they exceeded despite the very difficult market conditions. They handled the open house very well . I recommend them very highly as they know the local market really well. JM

GoogleAbraham has looked after me for many years now. He knows the local market inside out and found me a buyer for my property before I had even officially instructed him! He is the absolute best agent in Crouch End - I wouldn't sell my house through anyone else. Not only is he excellent at what he does, he, and the rest of the team at Castles are so supportive, caring and thoughtful, which when selling my beloved home was a real blessing. This is the 3rd property we have bought and sold though Castles and Abraham couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Abraham very quickly understood what we were looking for with each property and made the whole process as smooth as possible. GoogleCastles were exceptional every step of the way in my home purchase, even though I had to pull out in the end due to major issues with solicitors on both sides. Ela was always responsive and positive, and extremely helpful in negotiating with the vendors, getting me access to the property when showing surveyors and builders, communicating with solicitors (despite them being very unresponsive) and giving insights on the steps of the buying process. Josh was always on hand to step in for major points like price renegotiation and gave a balanced and fair view of things to both sides. Overall, I would certainly recommend Castles and it is a shame things didn’t work out in my particular case.

GoogleWe used Castles both to sell our current property and to find us a new property. Abraham found us the perfect property (not an easy feat as we had a fair few requirements and we were reluctant to compromise) and ultimately secured the purchase for us. His knowledge of the market is impressive and Castles really do get the premier housing stock in Crouch End. We had some ups and downs on our sale and I have no doubt that without Abraham the sale would have fallen through. He got us a price over asking with not one but two buyers after the first fell through (finding the second buyer is less than a week) and was absolutely key is the sale proceeding. After our experience we will not be going anywhere else when it comes to buying and selling and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castles. Massive thank you to Abraham and the team.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, who felt overwhelmed by the process of even just looking, I’ve found the experience to have been so enjoyable because i was looked after Jai. He listened to my requirements and delivered with the viewings he arranged, advising me each time what to look out for. He would phone and update me regularly, which helped out any worries and stress I had with the whole searching for a property. I would highly recommend Castles, particularly Jai, if you’re looking to make a house purchase a less daunting experience.
