GoogleSandro, Riana and the whole team were very efficient and proactive in getting the deal agreed and then over the line. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleMy shoutout goes to David Ola - it is rare to find a real estate agent in a saturated field who would genuinely think of you and pre-empt your needs and requirements, as well as go out of their way to think of a good match for the property. Thanks for all your efforts!
Hello Maja Thank you for your review. David has always enjoyed working with you trying to find you a new home and he is appreciative of your comments. Team Crouch End

GoogleWhere do I start! I've just had the news I've finally completed on my sale with Castles and I am over the moon! It has been seven long months of buyers pulling out, solicitors reinstructing themselves amongst other unforseen delays and complications but Castles have pulled a blinder and I'm so incredibly grateful. Many thanks first to Josh and Ela for holding the fort through some incredibly challenging times and later to Sandro and Riana for getting it over the line. I never knew selling my home could be quite so stressful, so I can't thank Castles enough for everything they have done in turning it around.
Hi Claire Thank you for your review, the team in Hackney have enjoyed working with you and is appreciative of your comments. Wishing you all the best for the future. Team Hackney

GoogleWe rented a property with Castles, and are pleased for the first time with an esate agent considering the experience prior, during, and after tenancy characterised with prompt response to issues, willingness to help, and great inter-personal relationship. In addition, my wife and I can't be more pleased with how things turned out with our disputed deposit at the end of tenancy. Many thanks to Stuart especially of the sales and letting department who took it upon himself to ensure frequent updates, fairness, transparency and high display of professionalism. By and large, for great service/experience in all aspects, I believe , Castle Agents Edmonton is arguably the best in town.
Thank you for your kind words, I am pleased I could help and the TDS saw in your favour, feel free to drop in next time your passing would be good to see you again Stuart Gray Branch Manager

GoogleAbraham Rawat of Castles stepped into the breach in a difficult situation I found myself in. Things were looking desperate in a long saga of trying to sell-on a contract for an off-plan purchase of a flat I changed my plans on, while waiting for it to be built, during Covid lockdowns. He sourced three viewings in record time (three days!!) and secured one of them, a cash buyer, in under a week!! I was flabbergasted. Thank you so much Abraham. You're a 5 star agent.
Dear Jenni Thank you for sharing your recent positive experience. We are so pleased to hear Abraham was able to successfully deliver on your request. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the future for any of your property needs. Wishing you all the very best. Team Crouch End

Communication was always very transparent and my questions were answered speedily. I felt I could relax knowing that Abraham was on the case! Would 100 per cent recommend Castles.

GoogleWould be fair to say us and Castles got off to a rocky start(!), to be fair I think they had an unusual situation with holidays and we unfortunately fell down the crack by chance. However, we had a chat, got on the same page, and Josh and Ella went above and beyond to make the process of buying a house smooth and very friendly. Ella was very caring and thoughtful, and Josh was a calming hand - we had a very stressful moment at one point with a misunderstanding about when the seller would release the property but Ella and Josh resolved very much to our satisfaction. Always want problem solvers on your team! Would happily use Josh, Ella and the team again. Thanks guys!
Dear Chris Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with Castles Hackney, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Team Hackney

GoogleWe have just bought through Castles and I couldn't recommend them more - all the team were incredibly helpful in getting the sale through from the viewing stage all the way through to completion. They will be your greatest tool in buying and we will most certainly be selling through them when the time comes. A lot of estate agents don't handle sales/purchases personally (despite it being such a big commitment and emotionally draining experience at times) whereas all the team (Sandro and Abraham especially) gave us their time, expertise and it really felt like they cared which made all the difference. If I could give a higher rating I would!
Dear Grace Thank you for sharing your recent experience, this is much appreciated. Sandro and Abraham have thoroughly enjoyed assisting you with your purchase. We wish you all the best and a huge welcome to Crouch End. See you in around the Broadway. Team Crouch End

GoogleEven though the rest of our house buying and selling process was a nightmare, the Castles part was great. Ella especially was amazing and went above and beyond for us throughout. She really cared and there were points where I actually don't think it would have happened without her pushing for us!
Hi Bridie Thank you for sharing your positive experience, the team are grateful. It was real pleasure dealing with you. All the best in your new home. Team Hackney.

GoogleI just sold my house with Castles. From the moment they took the listing they have been extremely polite and professional….. unlike other estate agents in the Edmonton area. Stuart and Gentain looked after every aspect of the sale and always kept me informed of the progress. Thank you so much Castles, I would never hesitate to recommend your services to anybody looking to sell their house.
Hi Inder Really pleased you are happy with what we did. Having known your family for sometime i am pleased you chose us to sell, the once family home . If you need anything further you can contact us at any time. Good luck for the future Stuart Gray Branch manager

GoogleI would just like to say that the service that we received from Colin was above and beyond. I can only hope I meet more people like him, he was patient, compassionate, understanding and went the extra mile to make my tenancy a possibility. Thank you at Castles for your amazing support throughout this process.
Dear Gasconi Thank you for taking the time to share your recent positive experience. Colin and Castles are appreciative. Colin is pleased to have managed to successfully conclude matters and thoroughly enjoyed his interaction with you. Wishing you all the best in your new home. Team Crouch End

GoogleWe recently sold our family home and found Abraham to be extremely helpful and professional in all aspects of the sale of our property. He has shepherded us smoothly through the many stages from evaluation through to marketing, managing viewings and liaising with solicitors. We are very grateful to him for his friendly, warm and extremely conscientious manner which helped us manage all the stresses and strains of selling and moving house. At all stages he was readily available and responsive to our queries and concerns. He seemed to have considerable experience of the housing market and particularly the local housing situation. We have also found his colleagues to be helpful when needed. We couldn’t be more pleased!
Dear Michael Thank you for your sharing your positive feedback, Abraham is appreciative. He has thoroughly enjoyed assisting you in all aspects of the sale and the fluid communication. We wish you all the best for the future and please do not hesitate in contacting us should you require any further property assistance. Team Crouch End

GoogleWe used virtually all the estate agents in Crouch End and Muswell Hill recently to find us a nice house, and without hesitation I can say that Castles Crouch End came up trumps. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the Manager, Abraham, and he took diligent note of our requirements. He showed us a number of very suitable properties and helped us secure the one we really wanted. He has been really helpful during the conveyancing process and after we bought, contacting the former owner for advice. I would recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.
Dear John, Thank you for sharing your recent positive experience. Abraham and the team, as you are probably aware have been in Crouch End and Castles for decades and his experience and knowledge of the area are immense, so having clear instructions of your requirements was hugely appreciated, helping him source the right home for you and your family much easier. I know he has thoroughly enjoyed working with you and the family. Wishing you all the best in your new home in an area we know you will love. Team Crouch End

GoogleWhat a refreshing change! An estate agent that does what they say when they say! Abraham was fantastic through the process of buying our new home. He gave honest and pragmatic advice and went out of his way to ensure access to the property for us several times with contractors. Excellent service and highly recommended.
Thank you Niall for sharing your positive feedback. Abraham has thoroughly enjoyed assisting you with your purchase and appreciated your fluid communication. We wish you and the family all the best in your new home. Team Crouch End

GoogleAbraham and Castles did a first rate job in handling the sale of our house in Crouch End. Abraham is highly experienced, commercial and extremely adept at running all aspects of the sale process. He is also very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Quite simply I don’t think we would have achieved the result we achieved with another agent.
Thank you Alex for your positive feedback. I know Abraham thoroughly enjoyed working with you and appreciated the trust and faith you had in him. We wish you and the family all the very best in your new home and the future. Team Crouch End

GoogleWe cannot recommend Castles (Hackney) enough. The support we received from the team was simply outstanding. Due to issues with our buyer’s solicitor a lot of things went wrong and the whole exchange and completion process turned into an absolute nightmare. Ela Yildiz, who looked after our sale, went out of her way to liaise with our buyer and her solicitor, to talk to the agents in the chain and to try find solutions to help move things forward. She always kept us up to date and it took a lot of her time. We were still facing issues with solicitors a day before completion and we were really struggling to keep our calm but Ela’s kindness and professionalism really helped us go through all of it. If it was not for her I honestly don’t know if we would have completed at all.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Castles and for recommending our services. We appreciate your acknowledgement of the outstanding support provided by Ela Yildiz during the challenging exchange and completion process. Her dedication and professionalism were instrumental in helping you navigate through the difficulties. We hope you are now settled into your new home and wish you all the best. Warm regards, Josh Newton Branch Manager

GoogleExcellent. Really great service and would recommend to anyone. Abraham was clear in pricing both the property and for his services, we had a number of excellent offers very quickly and Abraham was extremely proactive and helpful in managing our vendor when we had some issues with the house we were trying to purchase to allow us to reach a successful and relatively stress free closing.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review and sharing your recent positive experience, Abraham is very appreciative. His role was made that much easier by the trust and faith you had him and the fluid communication. Wishing you and the family all the very best for the future. Team Crouch End
