GoogleI had an excellent experience dealing with Castles estate agents from the start of the sale of my property till the completion date. The first meeting was very professional, the details and contract of the sale were very clear,
and the cost of the sale was very reasonable comparing to other local estate agents. The viewings were well organised, with minimum impact on my busy day to day work and life, as castles estate agents had the keys and organised the viewing without needing me to be around all the time.
Castles managed to sell my house in record time, and I feel the prices was good to me and to the buyer as well. They know the area very well, and they have a deep understanding of the local property market. This has attracted good number of viewings which led to a good offer I accepted.
Throughout, the sale process, I was getting updates from the agent, regarding any requests from the buyer and also, managed the communication between the buyer, the solicitors and myself very well and in a professional manner.
