GoogleAbraham has gone so far above and beyond with our flat sale, I couldn’t recommend him and Castles highly enough. With our buyers often being abroad, there has been lots of communication outside of office hours including Sundays and late night phone calls/ emails, which Abraham has always been willing to do. GoogleI would highly recommend Stuart from Castles Estate Agents. Castles represented us in respect of a sale of a property. It was an extremely difficult, arduous and complicate sale. Stuart was very proficient, diligent and tenacious and I think without his input the sale would have fallen apart.

From when we first spoke he knew exactly what we wanted (and probably knew more about what we wanted than us!) and showed us properties we may have overlooked but actually loved! Abraham is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, honest and a pleasure to work with. GoogleWe worked with a real estate company that was supposed to show us the house when we wanted to see it. The tenant showed us the house. They had no idea about the furniture or the issues. Previously, I commented on the problems, and they asked us to remove the review, promising to resolve the issues. After two months of effort, we managed to remove the moldy items on our own. However, despite their promise regarding the electrical outlets, they did nothing. Now one of the electrical devices has even broken. When we emailed them, they said they are no longer involved with that house. We went through an incredibly amateurish process.

GoogleWe had an earlier sales process with another Crouch End agent which had fallen over twice due to unforced errors. As we could no longer trust this agency, we contacted our original agency, Castles, to re-market the property. Abraham was our direct contact. Thanks to his help, he not only engaged with the latest buyer to provide an unbiased and impartial view on the severity of the subsidence matter, he also used his legal contacts to secure generalist insurance for the entire building with full subsidence cover at standard rates from a blue-chip insurer. This was accomplished in 3 weeks. He did this for free to help our family as we were in some distress. Tellingly, his alternative would have been to re-market a property he knew well and benefit from the agency fee. In my opinion, that is the agency and agent you should choose to work with in Crouch End.
